Bought this tv after my 7 year old plasma died. I am not disappointed. The sound is like a personal theater and the colors pop. I'd recommend it to someone looking for a great tv that's relatively cheap. There are better tv's, but not many this good at this price.

It looks great. My only issue with the tv is a small bug that sometimes hides the settings menu when first turning on the TV. Have to turn off and back on to get it working properly. Not a huge dealbreaker but can get annoying for someone who is constantly switching game mode on/off.

Excellent picture, remote control is kind of wierd. Not intuitive

After 15 years with a 43" Panasonic tv wee were compelled to search for a new device. We searched a few stores and finally decided on the the 7100 series Samsung. The picture is very good. Ours is attached to our audio system so the sound is outstanding.

Partial effects in games to tiny details within other games that you could never even notice before this TV is amazing and with Red Dead Redemption 2 this tv makes everything look very very lively!

Samsung is the only TV i will buy. This TV was listed at a very reasonable price and had exactly what I was looking for. The picture is phenomenal. I will only buy Samsung and Best Buy is the only place I will buy them from (Best Buy Reward program is great)!

We were looking to upgrade our TV. Best Buy made it so easy—the salesperson was knowledgeable and very friendly. He also pointed out the option of buying this TV via Open Box. We were thrilled to save the extra $$. Love the quality of the picture.

TV was a replacement for a 5 year old Samsung Plasma. Picture quality is great. Only concern I has is the sound quality. I put this back in the same TV cabinet that the plasma was in. I had to turn the bass way down to avoid a 'echo sound'. Also the volume seems to go up and down with me making any changes. Station, program, TV, not sure.

not much to say here its a TV it does what its made to do. Its also Samsung so has all the bells and whistles for a samsung tv. Does what it is meant to do and also has some good features such as 3 hdmi instead of two, built in smart tv and is the latest series

I bought this beautiful tv in time for the last season of GOT, and while the season sucked, the visuals did not. I have not purchased a 4K player yet, but I can’t even imagine how much better the picture will be once I do. I highly recommend it.

We had an LG which we loved but right before our two year Geek Squad warranty ran out it went out and could not be repaired. We decided to upgrade with a bit of a price difference, but it is sure worth it. The picture is amazing!! We love the new Samsung!

We thought we had a decent 50" TV but this is the best TV we've had yet. The graphics are amazing, and since we live in the country, the old TV buffered constantly. We haven't had that issue once with this TV. Even the sound is great! Absolutely love it.

My previous tv was a Samsung which lasted over 9 years of my kids watching it and playing video games often. When it died on me I right away went out to get a new one. Went from a 46" to a 55". Picture is better than the old one and set-up was just as easy.

This is the first large led screen TV I've bought. Image is great. Even SD broadcast after a minute while upscaler reads the SD signal and then snaps it up to a level that really enhances even old shows. This was a gret buy and a great value.

Best picture out of the box I have ever seen, I have had no problems setting it up or with the quality of the picture. Recommended to anyone who wants a great TV. This replaced a plasma which is not made anymore, the quality of the picture (4K) is suburb.

This TV is perfect for me. I am not someone that pays close attention to tech specs but picture quality and refresh rate seem great to me. Sports look good and TV shows display in my opinion. The thin profile also looks good mounted on my wall.
