This quality on this TV is fantastic! It was easy to get signed into everything and to switch from apps to inputs. The remote is a little crowded, compared to LG remotes. Also, the sound quality from just the TV leaves a lot to be desired (I purchased a sound bar, but other TVs sound better than this one).

I just replaced my Insignia 55in with this Samsung 55in. The quality of the picture is an incredible difference switching to a Smart T.V. It has many features to use, just not sure how to access them till my son shows me.

We are completely happy with this television. The color is great and we are enjoying having our first smart TV. So easy to use. Have always bought Samsung TVs and they have always been very reliable.

Did not expect to get so much for the price. Upgraded from my old 32" Samsung that i've had for years. It feel like its double the size. Very easy to setup. PS4 games and movies look amazing on it!

We are very pleased with this television set, which I purchased for my husband for Christmas. The picture is great for everything we have watched - very clear and crisp. My husband loves it for sports, my son for video games and I for Hallmark Christmas movies! The set was easy to assemble and is easy to operate. The only reason I gave this set 4 stars instead of 5 is that the sound quality is poor. The sales associate warned me about this shortcoming though, so I also purchased a Samsung - 2.0-Channel Soundbar with Digital Amplifier, which is great! The only other shortcoming I am aware of is that there is a glare on the screen during daylight viewing from the windows. That is not an issue in the room we have it in though, as we have shutters over the windows which can be adjusted. Just an fyi for those who may not have the ability to control daylight as easily as we do. Overall, we are very happy and satisfied with this purchase!

Ok, I went with this model over the TCL 7 series because the wife said so. Out the box everything went together great and picture quality was great. The reason why I give 4stars and not 5 is because the remote is a bit of a handful. My other TVs uses a roku remote and functions easily. I had guests over and they had the use of that TV and I had to teach them. Now my wife doesn't want to stay in my man cave and wishes not to figure out working the TV if I'm not there.

This is a very good 4K TV. It's not the best 4K out there but, for the price it was worth it. Please note that it doesn't have Bluetooth capability like the more upgraded Samsung TV's. At first the 4K didn't look good at all but, after watching a couple of Youtube videos, I was able to get the 4K movies to look really great. If you don't do these adjustments, you'll think you got ripped off but, it really does look great in 4K and 1080p and even 720p, it upscales nicely.

The pic is so brilliant that shows look like video games! Watching on such high resolution takes getting used to, as you notice sloppy production, lighting, etc. Also, really high speed internet is needed if you stream - especially sports. Shows streamed on Netflix, CBS ALL Access, occasionally to frequently buffer (this isn’t the tv’s fault, except for how much data it uses to produce the high res pictures.) The smart features cut down on the cable clutter and number of remotes. There also appears to be a small cluster of dead pixels - but upon careful comparison, this black spot only appears on certain streamed programs (mostly CBS All Access). Will update if the problem improves or worsens.

I think Samsung washers and dryers are trash, but their TVs have never disappointed, and this one was a great buy. Clear picture, and very easy to set-up and use. My husband broke it by trying to bring it from one house to another the laziest, non-protective way possible. Not a testament to the tv being flimsy, because it's not at all. It's a testament as to how not taking a tv off a tripod mount to save you time and also not putting any cushion or cover on the screen will cost you a brand new tv 10 inches bigger than the one you break. Go you!

After owning a 42" Toshiba for 10 years, it finally died 3 weeks before Christmas. I shopped and read reviews online and with store visits to both Best Buy and Target. We decided to spend a little more on a better brand and quality TV. Store Manager Tom helped me select this model Samsung and we've been blown away with it's performance so far, and we spent less than we budgeted. It was a breeze to set up and sync to our WiFi instantly. It's features are easy to use and has all the apps we have been accustomed to from our Roku stick. Thanks to Tom for his help and great service. I'm a Best Buy and Samsung lifer.

Bought this TV after returning a Toshiba Fire TV. Samsung always made a good TV and was not disappointed. As a senior citizen, the 16 million colors was enough for me! great integration with smart apps (only use netflix and amazon fire). Only complaint is that there is no voice remote available for this model. Got used to having that with my Xfinity 1 platform.

I owned this TV for a little over 2 months, and it was fantastic. The WiFi was reliable, and the built in Smart features were sufficient for what I needed. The picture, lighting, and overall quality is excellent. The only critique I have, is the audio is lacking due to the thinness of the device - but I haven't found a single flat screen TV that has boastworthy sound. That said, I have five children, and a very upset three year old threw a hot-wheels truck at the screen a broke the LCD - thus rendering my beautiful, beloved TV useless. Thanks for the good times. I highly recommend this TV.

Would recommend this tv. Picture makes you feel like they’re with you. Color and sound good. Happy with 55” from my 51”. Very easy to set up and get up and running.

The color and clarity on this TV is unreal, we had a 42" and this 55" is the difference between night and day. Easy to set up, and easy to maneuver thru.

Great size, great color. Easy to use w/ remote. I wish the controls on the actual TV were easier to use, but no biggie.

Tv has great picture and the price, availability and setup was fantastic. Close ups show a little judder at times but otherwise a great deal.

You get exactly what you pay for with this TV. It is an entry level 4k TV, and for under 600 bucks that is a deal. The color is crisp, and for someone that has not had a 4k TV before it is very noticable. The only people that will not be happy with this TV are people that are looking for a top of the line picture, and guess what.....that cost more money lol. We put this TV in our extra room, and it does just fine for what we wanted. If you are in this price range of TV's this one is just as good a choice as any of the other Vizio's

I love this TV for the price. I bought it just before Christmas but after Black Friday and still got it for the Black Friday price. I was upgrading from a 1080p Sony Bravia that was about 10yrs old, which was a great tv for many years. I initially wanted a bargain value tv for 4k and HDR was a must. I looked at similar model ranges in TCL and LG. I believe I made the right decision. Games look much better on my PS4 and Xbox One S than they did on my old Sony. Though I wish I had been able to spend $1500 on premium OLED , I am not disappointed. If you are looking for a great value try and get this model on sale like I did and you won't be sorry.
