The picture is so clear, I bought this for my parents and it was the best decision! This was a Christmas gift, and the best one yet. The price for the TV perfectly, it’s easy to use. The picture is so clear it’s lifelike. The sound quality is also great, and the 4K makes it even better

Everything on this TV is perfect for me since I mainly use streaming services. The picture and sound have pretty good quality for what I paid for! My only complaint is the remote that comes with it. It looks very out dated and has a lot of buttons unlike the newer Samsung models.

We didn't need OLED or QLED which increases the price greatly. We have always had good luck with Samsung products so, although we looked at other TVs, we decided on this 55" Samsung. It has everything we need for a good price, good picture, easy to use, and the right size for the room.

TV is lightweight, easy to connect to all components and has a GREAT picture. So clear it almost appears to be live action. The salesman tried to convince us we needed a sound bar because the sound wouldn't be good without it, but the sound is awesome too. Great television so far.

Bought this TV to replace a 55” Vizio that had died after just three years. The picture is far superior, the startup time is amazingly quick, and the WiFi streams very quickly. The only downside is the remote, which I find a bit hard to navigate. But the TV itself is great

While the resolution is not as good as the Panasonic plasma TV that it replaced, it is still quite good. While the test of time has yet to be applied, so far this TV has proven to be a wise purchase. Colors are vibrant and the digital images we stream have been crisp and clean.

Great image straight on. Degrades drastically off axis. Had to upgrade to Qled because all seating is off center.

Great quality. Good picture. Easy set-up. But of course like most TV now a days, you can hear the music but not any words, no matter how loud you turn it up. So of course you need the sound bar$$$$$$ but that's what samsung is aiming for. So always plus a extra 100$ on your bill at least!

Finally made the upgrade to 4K and this was a fantastic choice! Really great picture quality and setup was a breeze! We read about a few people who experienced minor issues with this model but we haven’t come across and issues whatsoever! Big thumbs up!

I bought this for my husband and he loves it! Great for watching sports events and action films. Have recommended it to several friends. Recommended it to my family members and my sister purchased the exact same TV. Excellent price.

Very clear and great picture. Colors are very bright and display is clear. Only issue is you can't uninstall some of the pre-installed apps...this is not uniquely a Samsung issue and seems to be common with all electronics now, but is still very annoying.

3rd Samsung I have bought and so far its the best one! The second one died too soon. Only lasted about 5 years. That one was a led 1080p. The first one was a lcd and is still going! This tv has by far the best picture and is the easiest to operate. Love it!

We have really enjoyed all aspects of this TV, The picture quality is great, the smart features work flawlessly too. The main issue we have is with the Samsung soundbar we have, it doesn't stay synced well. I find this to be a strange issue since they are the same brand and I am not sure which one is the problem the tv or the soundbar.

Great picture image and sound. We can watch nature documentaries and observed many details we could not see before. The colors are vibrant and well define. The price was great and Best Buy personnel was very helpful in all aspects of the purchase.

The color and definition are excellent. A very nice Valentines gift, February 2019, 55" is the perfect size for my bedroom. I also purchased the same T.V. in the 65" December, 2018 for my family room. Best Buy, you guys are truly the Best.

I have been waiting 6 months to buy a television for the right size at the right price and this one is it. The Samsung 55' NU7100 is the perfect size for a medium to large living room. It is extremely user friendly and set-up is a breeze. Highly recommend.

The picture is beautiful. The sound is underwhelming. A few more HDMI would have been nice. In general, it’s an amazing ya for the price without stepping up to the truly high end 4K sets.

The UHD Engine upscales standard definition video to full HD movie viewing is impeccable! It also has the ability to connect the surroundsound and our gaming unit with incredible ease and was a cinch to connect! Beautiful clear picture!

After nearly a month I am extremely satisfied with my TV. Great picture and color saturation and setup was a breeze. I even like how the feet are designed to make cleaning easy. Overall I’m happy and the best part is the pricing at Bestbuy!
