This TV has excellent picture quality. It is easy to use, crisp, clear pictures, and slim design. I would highly recommend this one. Unless you have perfect vision, it is difficult to see the difference between this TV and a "premium" model.

I had concerns about buying the Samsung NU7100 after reading some of the reviews, but the more reviews I read I realized that there weren't any reviews that were 100% completely positive on ANY TV, so take reviews with a grain of salt. Regarding the NU7100 I've had it for a few weeks now and I have been pleasantly surprised. The picture is very good, I don't have any problems with the remote provided. I haven't used the streaming service much yet so I can't recommend or knock that functionality. If I had any complaint it would be about the sound. It seems muffled. I have the option to run the audio through my stereo, which includes a center speaker. I haven't had to do that yet but there have been several shows where I had to crank up the volume to be able to hear everything. I do not want to have to add a sound bar so I'll live with it.

Easy to setup, great picture for the money. Highly recommend. Would like to see the updated version of Direct TV Now App on the tv, tends to mute some channels and need to reload the App to fix. Only issue that we have experienced.

It was so easy to set up my new Samsung and for an old guy, that's important. It's a beautiful flat screen with brilliant colors and incredibly sharp images. And the sales help at Best Buy was extraordinary as always. Thanks, guys.

Samsung seldom disappoints. I have purchased many Samsung TV's for my own personal use and customers. I have not had any complaints on the our selections. Easy to use and setup. Great picture quality and reliable.

Great TV, Easy set up, perfect tv for a first "Smart TV" Before purchasing the Smart TV, I was using a PS3 that finally died. This all in one is great from having to use multiple devices for streaming.

Amazing TV around $550 price, it is worth for the Price. Amazing picture quality, and if you have for smaller size of room then you don't need soundbar, but if you are using over big size room then you might need soundbar.

Love, love, love this TV! It is the perfect size for my smaller roomer and has all the smart features I need. I cut cable and use it to stream everything I need. Really easy to work with!

Replaced an older model Samsung TV and mounted on the wall above the fireplace. Perfect size for our needs and provides excellent quality picture. This is the 4th Samsung TV I have purchased after being a loyal Sony supporter for decades. I have been very pleased with the transition and feel this TV provides a quality 4K picture and great value. Highly recommend this TV!!

I went from watch a 32” to this 55” Samsung ~ I am so in love with it. This smart TV is easy to set up, it has an absolutely beautiful picture. I love my new Samsung - if TV is your entertainment buy a Samsung.

We love our new TV... it’s the 4th Samsung we have purchased over the years (various rooms in our home): beautiful picture, clarity, great sound, EASY Setup. Would recommend. The other 3 TV’s are still going strong!

Purchased this TV for our bedroom. It is an excellent TV for the price. I would definitely recommend. Easy to set up, love the apps, has a great picture, and the sound on the TV isn't bad either (we had to a get a sound bar for the previous TV we had in our room). I would recommend getting a sound bar if this is going to be your primary TV. We do not usually listen to the TV very loud in our bedroom.

Great tv for its sales price, bought it for my son’s room, I’m thinking on getting a second one for my elderly parents specially because of easy to use of App display. TV set up was very fast. Color are crisp, very nice.

Love our new TV. The picture is amazing. Sometimes looks like you are watching a live program even though you know it was filmed! That was unsettling at first. Clarity is awesome. Easy setup. We love Samsung products.

I ordered this TV online and had the free delivery. I chose to install it myself by simply using the mountable feet and anchor it. The set up was easy. The picture, Smart TV, WiFi, and other features are top notch!

I actually have no negatives for this tv. The smart tv part works smoothly. It connected well with our Samsung sound bar and able to use the Samsung tv remote for the soundbar volume. The quality is very very nice.

This 55” Samsung 7100 series tv has a great picture and I love the smart functionality. It also has a 120 refresh rate which is an added benefit. The quality of this tv is good and the legs were easy to assemble.

My bad. I guess I should have read all the specs before purchasing. How could a tv with so many great features, including the option to browse the internet, not have Bluetooth to allow a wireless keyboard/mouse to be used? Other than that disappointment, the picture quality is great.
