It was time for a new tv personally and this is what I went with. QLed was a step up but for the price I couldn’t beat it. As long as Samsung continues to produce good TVs, they will get my business.

Perhaps a little too good

Well, this is one of those. That is a true complimey though because, when it comes to a well shot movie, you almost disappear into the screen.

upgraded our tv

The only negatives have been the screen does this auto dimming thing and we haven't figured out how to make it stop doing that, and the universal remote that comes with the tv is not as universal as our Logitec one.

Excellent tv, poor customer service

Worst customer service I've ever delt with on the phone or going to store I bought them in.very rude and not helpful. Maybe the last purchase i make from BEST BUY!!!!! Made over $5000 purchase and was treated terrible.

After exploring the settings I discovered an HD setting which improved the picture. I think the instructions should be clearer that you need to review this setting.
