I love the smart remote. It makes things so convenient. The smart tv is awesome. Advertises smooth picture in 4k but I sometimes notice it doesn't keep up like lips moving when talking and other fast action things.

So far the TV was easy to setup and connect to all our devices. It recognized all the hdmi connections and the remote controls nearly everything. The only issue we have is the sound comes from behind and ours sits in a built-in, so the sound is extremely inconsistent between devices and we typically find we have it set louder than our previous TV

Color contrast and light are very helpful for my husband who has low vision and I am amazed at the level of detail. I can see every freckle and pin stripe. Syncs easily with other devices and Bluetooth/WiFi

The colors and clarity are incredible on this television! I primarily stream on it and I have a super fast connection so the picture is very crisp. I'm really happy I purchased this for my "Mom Cave"

This TV is fantastic. I was looking at the LG OLED but it was $700.00 more than the Samsung QLED. This TV is a good value for the money. I will recommend it to anyone looking for a 4K TV.

Honestly the Tv is exactly what I needed as it doesn't have any issues and I've had it for over 4 months!! The 4K quality is definitely able to play all my videos from my GoPro

Only issue we have had so far is in the "brightness". It has a tendency to drop off the bright factor and then suddenly return to full brightness again. It can be quite annoying especially if the program being televised happens to have a "dark sequence" and the picture then suddendly goes even darker.

The TV is nice but doesn't have the color that it had in the store. I believe the example they have in the store is set up with special TV viewing we don't get on regular TV. The remote is small and takes some time to figure out. I always read the manual but this TV doesn't come with one!

Purchased 55 flat screen smart tv & surround sound with su. Woofer wall mount. Beautiful camera for my son. Great place friendly helpful staff. Will return for sure

I have been a fan of Samsung for along time, and the purchase of this TV has been just as satisfying as the other Samsung Products that I have owned, Excellent TV!!

I have owned this TV for just about a year now. The only issue that I have is that while using the apps it freezes a lot. Other than that, you get what you pay for, a very nice looking TV design and screen resolution wise, while also paying a little extra for it.

My husband & myself have been wanting a Samsung TV but the price wasn't there nor the style that we have been wanting until now. Haven't been disappointed yet...

I got excellent help from Ryan. There were many Tv's on sale. Like everywhere else lots of choices, but finding the best is hard. I'm glad I got Ryan to help me.

Awesome TV for the price. Couldn’t be more happy with the purchase. Wish the stand was a little more sturdy, but if you plan to hang it it won’t be an issue.
