After we got the tv mounted, we put the frame on. We looked at it for 30 minutes and realized it didn’t make any impression on us. We didn’t see any significant enhancement to the look of the tv. We’re sending it back

I paid for on site set up and training - wasnt worth 2 cents - the delivery was supposed to be free - the guys were nice but not teach worthy in the least - my husband already had the wall ready with wires buried and mount holes ready etc.. never again do the Geek Squad - also can't use the VOICE control on my remote because I won't "AGREE" to them stealing and selling all my personal information! I bought this for my own private use and not for them to SELL MY DATA!

We've had the TV for about 9 months now and have never had and issue. The TV is more difficult to install than a standard wall mount, but it's not too hard. Picture quality looks great in picture mode and adjusts to the amount of light in the room, so it should never be too bright, or too dim. Picture quality while watching TV looks fantastic as well. If you don;t want to subscribe to the Frame art gallery to get new pictures there are still a lot to choose from that you don't have to pay for. If you're looking for a high quality product and have some extra cash I definitely recommend it.

Art work is very limited unless you purchase a subscription. Television is starting to show signs of failing. Screening is becoming dim around the edges. If you do buy, make sure you buy a warranty with it.

Rather than repeating the other reviews, I will simply say that for the notorious Game of Thrones episode "The Long Night"—which had many scenes that were too black to be seen on sets without HDR—we were able to see all the action on our Frame, even the darkest scenes.

Caution Ads!!!!

This TV has ads on it, a bar pops up at the bottom for 30 seconds and you cannot see through it. You cannot remove it or opt out of it, apparently you agree to it by using the TV no matter what and Samsung doesn't care that you just bought a $1800 tv.

The pre-installed apps and shortcut function buttons are part of our Smart TV platform, designed to deliver a simple, easy, and customized entertainment experience for our customers. Please know that the ads should only take the size of a tile on the first screen. This screen is only displayed when you press the Home button so that it would not interfere with normal viewing.
You can choose to opt-out of receiving interest-based ads at any time through the Settings menu by following below steps: Press Home button Navigate to Settings > Support > Terms & Policy > Interest-Based Advertisement Service Privacy Notice Then un-check the box to disable
