The wall mount above the fireplace is perfect. The quality is very good.

Did you know Frame TVs have a slight curve to them? I did not. The picture is lovely. The frame art is not very convincing, however, it still very much feels like a tv screen when it is in art mode.

With a lot of help from a very good friend, who got my new tv stand assembled with my new Samsung 55" art frame tv sitting on it, it is fully operational. I had a 40" TCL, which I had also bought at Best Buy, and is still working just fine. I just wanted a larger tv and I really wanted an art frame tv. Definitely needed the sound bar, which I already had a Bose brand. Now, all I have to do is order the art!!!

Have owned many Samsung TVs over the years and have been very pleased with all of them including this one. Do like the way that this mounts to the wall and there is just one small cable that runs to the TV. Purchased this along with the Music Frame to supplement the audio from the built in speakers. That is the only issue I have is that the amount of sound coming from the Music Frame is so small that can hardly tell it is working (when using Q-Symphony). As for the ability to display artwork when 'turned off', not sure how often will take advantage of this feature.

Love the picture quality and the way it can be hung on the wall acting like a picture frame.

It has a good picture and it was an easy install. But we did have to go buy toggle bolts to hang it.

It's really great deal when it's on discount, I like the fact it's mounted flat on the wall and it's great for the bedroom. I don't know what magic Samsung did with one cable feeding power and data but it works well. Samsung OS is a mess but for the Art feature it might be worth it. Finally the art feature is NOT for free, that's kind of a joke when you buy the hardware and it's displayed as a product feature and then it's a subscription. Apple TVOS will do something better I'm sure.

Definitely worth the purchase! Always been a lover of Samsung. The tv looks perfect in our living room. I had it delivered before Father’s Day as a surprise. The sales associate and delivery associates were on excellent and hubby mounted it himself.

One of my favorite TV of all time. Matte finish and no light reflection especially when it's installed by windows. I love that you can blend it with other picture frames when the TV is not in used to watch something.

Love the flush hanging look on the wall. I did have an issue with the TV randomly shutting off. Warranty covered it, no issue, no struggle, fixed the first time.

Great tv for a decent price. Picked it up when it was on sale. Would definitely recommend. Currently mounted in the dining room. Need to grab a frame for this tv to make it look like a picture when set to ambient mode.

While figuring out the use of the Frame TV isn't the easiest, it is a welcome addition for those conscious about the appearance in the room. I don't use the TV for sound, so I have given a 3* rating. That is not a reflection of how it sounds as I never have tried it. I already have a surround sound system in the room.

I can't even tell you how much I love this television! I purchased and returned 3 other tv's from different providers and had given up on finding one that I liked. But this television, service, and installers far..... exceeded me expectations! Love it. Did I say love?!

So far I really like this TV. It has a great picture, the colors are vivid and true. I love the art feature, but it is a little difficult to set up. Have not been able to figure out how to choose certain artwork to make my own gallery.... ???
