TV is great but installation not easy. It has a separate box that you have to get creative if you want to hide it. Lot of work!

The whole "frame" concept is a little gimmicky. It's just a TV with a fancy screensaver. The TV is too expensive compared to similar models, so I took a star off for that. I do like the single slender cable that takes care of all your connections to the TV, including power. The TV is thin and mounts flush to the wall, which is nice.

This is my 5th Frame TV, We have "Art Work" displayed in all rooms of our house and they look great and we receive compliments from all who come here.

Great picture quality! Took me forever to figure out how to stop Samsung from playing it's live TV function from the home screen- I deleted the app. Was VERY annoying at first. Silly that it doesn't already come with a frame, but oh well. Overall, happy with my purchase

I am so pleased with the Samsung TV I purchased at Best Buy. I have it mounted onThe wall and the pictures are very clear.The sound is good. It does not take up space where furniture goes. I have gotten many comments on it and friends and neighbors have been interested. Thank you. ,

These TVs are amazing. I hate the remote control, but the TV is great. I've seen better remotes for $10 remote control toy cars. Ridiculous.

I really love my Samsung Frame TV. It is so stylish. It allows me not to look at a big black box in my small apartment.

This TV has excellent picture quality, instruction in the box not easy to follow but videos on line made installation not that hard. You can do almost all of it by yourself but will need a helper to get TV on the mount. Gaming feature is cool too! Doesn’t draw much electricity either!

The Samsung frame TV is gorgeous, on or off. On the wall, or on a table, it is a beautiful addition to any room.

Bought the open box version it didnt come with a remote, wall mounts, or legs. Really lame on best buy's part.

Great quality and aesthetic design with many customizable features. Wish the Home Screen would show the apps you have downloaded for quick access rather than having to scroll to the apps tab.

It’s a really nice size tv picture is clear Samsung remote really needs # for channels tho and sound goes up down too much
