    Keeps disconnecting from Wifi

    After 1 week, the poor Wifi connection made the TV unusable. After testing my network and doing plenty of research, I found that the TV's Wifi card is just poorly built and cannot be fixed. This is a must return.

    Frustrating viewing experience

    High expectations for a very average TV. Would have given 4 stars for the looks and remote, but the operating system is buggy and the apps lag and fail often. Other tvs and devices on my network have no issues.

    Does not fit as it should!

    Not a good fit. The published specifications, specifically the width, are not correct. If this were the size as listed in the specs it would have fit into the recess in the wall. However, the width is actually slightly wider than published and thus will not fir. The isn't BestBuy's fault; Samsung has the wrong width and likely BestBuy got the datum from them. The result was a lot of wasted time and effort, though BestBuy was great about handling the return.

    Good TV for a secondary location

    As a TV the frame is pretty average. It's saving grace is the art function which is a neat feature. If you're looking for a TV to be your main TV for watching TV and video I'd look elsewhere.

    Do not buy from Best Buy

    Absolutely horrible experience with Best Buy and Geek Squad. They no-showed the appointment 2 times, then showed up 6 hours after the delivery window. It is also now impossible to call a local Best But store - they don't even have phones to receive calls. It took a month to get sorted out and the TV installed.

To assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your TV and remote, you can download The Frame TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under Support (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for and select The Frame TV to download/view the guides you'd like.

      The e-Manual and Remote Guide are both also embedded into your TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support

    The TV I didn't get when ordered and promised and ended up having to buy a 65". The 55" I got from Best buy was supposed to be new and ended up being used and broken. This was after I was supposed to have one delivered and it wasn't and I was told it would be an additional month later though I was notified it was out for delivery. Don't ever buy anything from this company. After the failed delivery they promised me $400 credit and to cancel the order, They did neither the next day they called to set up delivery for a month later. After calling again I was again promised the cancellation and credit. Never got the credit though the order was cBcelled. Best buy lies and doesn't care about their customers. I will never shop at Best Buy again

    Installer was supposed to hide the power cord on my new frame tv. Never showed back up with his glow stacks to hide in my drywall.

    WHERE IS THE SERIAL NUMBER????????????????????????

    This TV quit working after 10 weeks. I call Product Support and they need the serial number before they can schedule service. I flip the box over and there are all kinds of numbers on the two stickers - none of them the serial number. Tech explains that the serial number is ON THE BACK OF THE TV. So I have to unmount the TV in order to find the serial number????!!!!!! SO FRUSTRATING.

    Very poor experience with the TV and BestBuy. Purchased the TV in store and once turned on, lasted less than a day. It would turn off by itself at random and turn back on. No amount of troubleshooting ( with Samsung and BestBuy) helped. Called the store to schedule a pick up and was informed I had to take it back in person. They’re destined to not let me spend money.

    Installation with no wires showing was never explained, customer service took messages didn’t call me when promised, finally after a couple of weeks with me calling three more times, someone called and said they could do an install in November for $650.00 plus an electrician. I took it back, that was not a pleasant experience either.

    TV works inconsistently and the technology interface is horrific. Best Buy Technical staff has not been much help and member of Best Buy Total / Geek Squad program.
