    A real nice TV. glad it was 50% off else it would've have been worth it. Great color. Not sure i like the ONE CONNECT box vs having the coax/USB/etc connectors ON the TV. I thought it would be unique to have the screen - when TV off - to display art pictures. However, they did NOT mention in product description that you needed a separate subscription to show art!!!

    Beautiful picture and easy to hang up. Very crisp picture and with the frame it looks terrific. Frames (sold separately) can be a little expensive, but it does change the look to a nice piece of art as opposed to just a tv.

    My wife wanted one of these TVs for awhile. I was a little skeptical but got one anyway. The picture is great. I love the low glare and the art has grown on me. The only negative was the price tag of the frames. We found one on Amazon that was less than most and it looks great. She loves it so I will count that as a win. Oh and the installers did a great job.

    Samsung’s “the frame” television at 55 inches is just the best television that I have ever owned. I installed it on the wall at the foot of my adjustable bed. It is literally better than being at the movie theaters. Plus Samsung‘s television Netwerk is a free service through the television that provides thousands of channels and just tons of awesome Contin for free. It supports cloud gaming so I can play Xbox games on it without an Xbox I can play PC games on it without a PC. I mean you just have to own the game. All in all, I couldn’t be happier.

    The 55" is perfect for over our fireplace. Love The Frame with the many beautiful picture options. I love enjoying the different pictures. The TV quality is very good!!! LOVE IT!! It also was great working with everyone involved with the purchase at Best Buy!! Very Satisfied!! Would highly recommend.

    Great tv- but read before you purchase

    The frame tv is awesome. Art mode makes it well worth the purchase. What is not great is Best Buy! The tv went on sale 17 days after my purchase and they refused to do an adjustment for the price difference because the policy is 15 days. 56 min on with customer service and no stretching or exceptions of the policy are possible. Go to PC Richard, their policy is 30 days and they are reasonable. This is where I am going to purchase the frame for the tv as well as an outdoor tv. No good will at Best Buy!

    Look, the Tv is nice but I had to return it after I found out you need a subscription to freely use the fame paintings. Thats one star off. Then on top of that it is a Samsung frame that doesn’t come with a frame. Another star off. Then it’s a frame tv that is supposed to sit on your wall like a picture but comes with a big ugly black box that you got to hid yourself. Another star off. I returned it and got the Hisense version and it solved all these problems at a cheaper price point.

    Purchased new Frame Tv expecting it to be a quality product. Nope. Took it out of the box, hung it per manufacturer instructions, turn it on all excited to watch and listen to my new tv. First thing I notice after plugging it in is the left speaker is outputting static noise when the tv isn’t turned on. Thought that was odd to start off. Go through the set up and update everything. Log in to Netflix. Tv plays Netflix start up sound. Ok cool we’re ready to chill. Nope. Select a movie to start. No sound. Go through and check the settings, everything appears in order. Unplug and let tv discharge. Plug back in. Same thing. Static sound from left speaker and about 10 seconds of sound output. Call Samsung support at 10:30 on a Saturday night. Get a nice lady that walks me through the same things I already just tried. No change. So now I have to wait for Samsung repair to come out to look at my brand to pile of junk hanging on my wall. Would not recommend.

    Samsung moved features behind a paywall

    Purchased The Frame tv a few months ago and it came with some free art. They have paid art behind a subscription, but the festures like shuffle, or uploading your own art, were free. Well not anymore. Now you have to pay $50 to do that. It wasnt a free trial, they removed the features from being accessible without notice.

    Very Disappointed

    #1) The Geek Squad said the cord was the wrong kind to go inside the wall. Why sell a TV that is supposed to look like a picture and have a cord that must hang down? It looks like a flat screen TV, not a picture on the wall - which was the whole point of buying this TV. #2) Samsung smart TVs apparently support very few apps. I think I am going to have to get a Roku for it.
