We discovered when we tried to have our Frame tv installed that the bracket included was flat, and that will require us to reconfigure the wall outlet. This would mean some work on the existing wall and outlet to change to a recessed box. Also, we expected to use a swivel bracket. Unfortunately, the need for a flat style bracket for the Frame tv was not mentioned to us before we purchased it. Because of the Frame tv's uniqueness it is important that this discussion be held with the customer before a decision to purchase. We were impressed by the concept of a Frame tv, but disappointed that it has to stay flat against the wall, as this is not conducive to positioning the tv to avoid bright sunlight and glare entering the room. A strong suggestion here to include this discussion with future customers. Our tv has yet to be installed.

The art screen is really beautiful. I love being able to change it every few days.

I love this TV. The anti glare is a game changer. The smart tv has everything right there for you. I love that I can sync it to my phone too.

Love the Frame. We have it in our hearth room above the fireplace and it's perfect.

With a lot of help from a very good friend, who got my new tv stand assembled with my new Samsung 55" art frame tv sitting on it, it is fully operational. I had a 40" TCL, which I had also bought at Best Buy, and is still working just fine. I just wanted a larger tv and I really wanted an art frame tv. Definitely needed the sound bar, which I already had a Bose brand. Now, all I have to do is order the art!!!

It’s okay at best still would prefer a lg oled tv but this tv is just aesthetically pleasing lol

Awesome purchase and at a great sale price. Easy to install, and with a slow short drive home we had no issue driving it home ourselves and not having it delivered
