    Without a frame, this is simply a $400 TV with lower picture quality. Another misleading claim is that it is wireless; it is not. There is a power cord, and a large box comes with it, making it impossible to use as a picture on the wall. If you are considering buying it, I recommend getting a frame and hiring a framer or drywall professional to conceal everything in the wall somehow.

    Great method of filling the big black hole in your living room. For me, in art mode, I turn the brightness all the way down for the best art effect. I also disabled the AI color features and set up the monitor myself for the best look. The artwork subscription service is fantastic!

    Mounting in an apartment is problematic: can’t attach to a wall, but no longer available on a stand. In CA a stand with an earthquake feature to make a simple attachment to a wall, to prevent tipping over, would be attractive.

    Great TV. Clarity is terrific at 4K. Sound is OK from the Samsung Frame TV , but we knew that prior yo the purchase. We use the Samsung Music Frame for the sound and it works greet via bluetooth.

    Very slow response with the remote and I can't turned the tv on or off, the volume is very inconsistent, great picture though.

      We appreciate your feedback. Please note you can turn off The Frame by pressing and holding the power button on the remote.

      For optimal performance, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware. You can check this by going to: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update

      To further optimize performance, try running Device Care, which checks memory, clears unused cached data, and closes background apps: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

      Please try the following which may help resolve volume fluctuations:

      1. Turn off the Sound Sensor switch by using the button at the bottom of the TV, beneath the Samsung logo. With the TV on, you can push the button to the left to turn the sound sensor on or to the right to turn it off.
      2. Try disabling some of the TV's intelligent functions, as these will automatically analyze and adjust your sound which may cause your volume to fluctuate. Go to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings and select Intelligent Mode to turn off all the functions or select each option to turn it off.
      3. Please also make sure your TV’s firmware is updated. You can check this by going to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
