    Pick up was seamless. The TV is great but required a professional install to get the “picture frame” look complete. We put it over the fireplace just to go “full yuppie”.

    My family really enjoys are Samsung Frame! We purchased it to use as a frame and not a TV. I purchased a Deco frame for it which are extremely overpriced but they are very high quality and look amazing. I wish the screen brightness could be turned down lower than its current lowest setting.

    This is exactly what we were hoping for! Pick up was quick and seamless! Installation was easy and didn’t take more than 1 hour. The frame that I ordered for it was a perfect fit. Family loved watching the pictures on the slideshow over the Christmas holiday. Would definitely recommend.

    I love the look of a picture hanging on my wall! The installers said I can link my Google Photos to the Art section. I have not had luck doing this. I reached out to support in the chat and they gave me a link but I need someone to walk me through it.

    Picture quality is fine, but the operating system is so slow and interface design looks so outdated. You also have to pay a monthly subscription to access the photos to use as a screen saver (which is the whole reason we bought this TV). If you really want it for the matte screen/picture look, I'd recommend using a Apple TV 4K or similar as the main interface. Ultimately, we returned this TV and went with the Hisense Canvas and I'm much more satisfied with it.
