Not worth the money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Look, the Tv is nice but I had to return it after I found out you need a subscription to freely use the fame paintings. Thats one star off. Then on top of that it is a Samsung frame that doesn’t come with a frame. Another star off. Then it’s a frame tv that is supposed to sit on your wall like a picture but comes with a big ugly black box that you got to hid yourself. Another star off. I returned it and got the Hisense version and it solved all these problems at a cheaper price point.

Junk.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased new Frame Tv expecting it to be a quality product. Nope. Took it out of the box, hung it per manufacturer instructions, turn it on all excited to watch and listen to my new tv. First thing I notice after plugging it in is the left speaker is outputting static noise when the tv isn’t turned on. Thought that was odd to start off. Go through the set up and update everything. Log in to Netflix. Tv plays Netflix start up sound. Ok cool we’re ready to chill. Nope. Select a movie to start. No sound. Go through and check the settings, everything appears in order. Unplug and let tv discharge. Plug back in. Same thing. Static sound from left speaker and about 10 seconds of sound output. Call Samsung support at 10:30 on a Saturday night. Get a nice lady that walks me through the same things I already just tried. No change. So now I have to wait for Samsung repair to come out to look at my brand to pile of junk hanging on my wall. Would not recommend.

Samsung moved features behind a paywall

They have paid art behind a subscription, but the festures like shuffle, or uploading your own art, were free. Well not anymore. Now you have to pay $50 to do that. It wasnt a free trial, they removed the features from being accessible without notice.

Please keep in mind that Art Mode features such as Slideshow and personal art/photo uploads are still supported without an Art Store subscription.

Very Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.#1) The Geek Squad said the cord was the wrong kind to go inside the wall. Why sell a TV that is supposed to look like a picture and have a cord that must hang down? It looks like a flat screen TV, not a picture on the wall - which was the whole point of buying this TV. #2) Samsung smart TVs apparently support very few apps. I think I am going to have to get a Roku for it.

The Frame TV’s included One Invisible Connection Cable is not rated for in-wall installation. An in-wall cable is available (Model: VG-SOCR86U/ZA), which can be ran through your wall.
