We love the Frame TV. Having a picture on the wall when not watching TV makes the room some much cozy and decorative. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the The Frame Pro doesn't come in a 55 inch size which we would have preferred for its better picture, processor, and the Wireless One Connect Box.

I bought this TV as a gift to my older brother. Over all great quality and sleek design that compliments the aesthetic in his apartment. Set up was a breeze and done within 30 minutes of unboxing.

We love our new Samsung frame TV. It was easy to set up. The picture is so clear and the colors are vivid.

Great picture and beautiful art mode. One connect provides a great way to keep the install clean and cords at a minimum.

Just purchased The Frame TV and love it. I installed it over my fireplace. It has great picture quality and I love the fact that the volume will raise if someone starts to make noise and lowers again when the noise stops. I love uploading my pictures and frequently change what it displays.

This is my second Samsung Frame TV. The 2021 version works great so I thought I would buy a second tv and thought why not get the newer version.....newer must be better. I love to display my own photos from a USB drive when not watching TV and the old version allows a simple way to establish a slide show where I can set the time each photo displays and have them display either in order or randomly. The new system isn't working right now and I have spent hours with Samsung trying to figure out why not. Yesterday the controls to set the slide show popped up and I was able to set them but now that control seems to not be available. I'm sure that the controls are there somewhere but they are just way too hard to find. Save yourself some money....buy the 2021 version which is still available.

This tv is amazing and I truly believe that Samsung Frame tv should be everyone’s first option when on the market.

This is quite a remarkable TV. Very easy to learn how to operate and the color and picture clarity are excellent. Do you have a choice to turn it completely off or leave it on with either artwork you upload into it or artwork that Samsung can provide. Another great value was having the geek squad people install it. They did a fabulous job, and it took less than an hour.

I have 5 frame TVs from various years (different models) and this is by far the worst! Menu is hidden in favor of them pushing AI Simple navigation through menu is sluggish/buggy and even art mode takes a few seconds to load after pressing the button (if it works at all)! Same TV 2021 model is faster and better than this 2025 model…you’ve been warned!!! Samsung keeps rolling out updates that breaks AppleTv sleep mode -> art mode (puts TV into art mode after putting Apple TV to sleep) -when it works it works great but Samsung keeps rolling out updates that breaks CEC feature in these TVs - MAKE SURE YOU TURN OFF AUTO UPDAET!

The TV was installed by two great guys from Best Buy’s “Geek Squad” who were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. They advised me of less expensive options along the way and connected an existing Samsung sound bar. They cleaned up after themselves and took the packaging with them for disposal. Rich provided his phone number to call with questions or issues. The TV has worked perfectly and is a big upgrade from what we had previously.

Happy with it, weird that the frame is extra and so expensive.

Sooo this is my second Frame TV. While I really enjoy my first one this one is pretty good except…. The Blooming is terrible. For a television at this price point there should be minimal blooming if any at all. The back light is extremely shotty and as a person with OCD tendencies it’s nerve wracking to say the least. Butttttt the colors are amazing and the UI and other features are much better than the previous version.

Good picture, looks great and looks good when turned off

I’ve looked at this for a few years and finally bought it after our old TV broke. It’s everything I expected it to be! Looks fabulous in our living room cabinetry and can be viewed from every angle, even with a lot of sun coming in the windows. I don’t have any issues with the sound and don’t use a sound bar. I LOVE the ability to have art showing when the TV is off. Would definitely buy again.

I love this TV, I love how because the feature of the frame. I wish it brought more free ones but overall the quality of the TV is great too! I did got the 5 year warranty with Best Buy bc you never know with new tec!
