After that connectivity becomes a really annoying issue. So it’s difficult to upload your art into it, which renders it useless if you don’t intend to use it as a tv. Samsung get it together!. I’ve never had an issue with any Samsung product til I bought this frame tv.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your Frame TV’s response time. To help ensure optimal performance, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware version: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update
To further improve performance, you can also run the built-in Device Care tool. This checks memory status, clears unused cached memory, and closes background apps that could be slowing your TV down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

In terms of installation, a one piece bracket with more holes would have made it much easier to mount into studs.
