The TV itself is excellent. The options for different artwork to display are great and the ease of use is as expected for a Samsung TV. The only opportunity for improvement is the hanging hardware, as I feel it could be engineered to make it easier.

The TV does it's job. I don't bother with Tizen. I recommend hooking up a streaming box instead. Mounting is straightforward. Picture quality is meh for the price, but the trade off is worth it if you prioritize decor over a quality home theater experience.

Setting up my photos in the art section of the smart things app has been nothing but an ultimate nightmare… consistently says no network connection yet everything else is working fine..and when you Google it many many other people have the same issue and nobody can seem to help from Best Buy or Samsung

Great TV, installation was also easy with Geek Squad. Punctual, clean, professional job. Very pleased with the purchase and assitance.

Love it! Only downside is the annual fee for the art app but love it overall!

Very nice TV, but it developed dead pixels within just a few days after installation. Thought it might just be a calibration issue or, perhaps, I could ignore it, but no... Contacted Best Buy and was transferred 3 times only receive this chat message: "After reviewing your account, I have confirmed that your product is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. To ensure the warranty remains valid, I recommend reaching out to the manufacturer directly for an exchange or repair." Hot potato!

1 star for good quality picture but sound quality is poor. Samsung TV channels are terrible. Can't get any Real local channels like Fox,ABC,CBS,NBC. Best Buy Sales reps had no clue what the 2700 free channels were and misreprented that it included free apps like netflix, Hulu, etc but with commercials. The truth is you get No free apps unless you pay for a subscription. Forget about access to Any NFL football games. You can only get fuball (soccer). And u need to subscribe to get any paintings that the Frame TV brags about. Samsung customer service was also clueless in trying me to find any real live channels that match what u can get on a normal American TV.

I love this TV - not thrilled you need a subscription to the art - but whatever.

Great TV- art mode is fantastic and latest operating system is a breeze for casting etc. Highly recommend

The overall display size seem smaller than other 55'' class TV and also there is still a wire that comes out of TV and separate box to manage the TV

We are very satisfied with the TV, however, we were told that we would get 2 years free of the "Art" thru Samsung/Best Buy. Best buy said it was a Samsung issue and Samsung is saying it is a Best Buy issue. We bought the Frame TV based on the "Art" 2 free years and still do not have it.

Beautiful TV but it doesn’t work and Best Buy AND Samsung are giving me the run around. Only had for a month and nothing but issues

TV was sold to me with missing internal hardware. I had this diagnosed by samsung service team that took weeks to come to my home. I had purchased geek squad coverage on the tv in which they refused to do anything to help so don't even bother purchasing their services. One month after purchasing the TV it is still broken in my living room with best buy and samsung declining accountability to fix it within a reasonable time frame.

The sales person told me there was not an additional piece of equipment that you have to have to run the TV. After purchasing realized there is a separate box the comes with it.

Did not know it comes with a necessary external box which requires power as well as the tv. So the slim thin tv has an external control box. That is what you would expect with 10+ years old technology.Also not a standard mounting so a learning curve involved.

Could not be installed by your Geek Squad because ends of the One Connect box cables would not fit through existing wall cable conduit built in a brand new technology ready home. Very disappointing.

It is a well designed piece of art that can display art, handle gaming and even be used as a TV. Sound is pretty good for the slim size and picture quality and lighting is clean and rich. The matte screen looks most like art when it's well lit or in sunshine. Get a border frame of whichever color you'd like because that really completed the look. Overall, the minimalist look is just right and it doesn't take over the room. Great choose for a room someone doesn't want a TV in, but you wantm a TV in.

Beyond happy with this purchase. The clarity is amazing, and whereas with our previous smart TVs, we used a Roku instead of the built in OS, we are using the Samsung interface with this one. We primarily bought this because of the ultra matte finish. We have been fighting glare from windows in our living room for years, and this solved it. That alone is worth the price for us. The art is a nice addition, but not something we need or use very much. We do not have it mounted, and I could see it being very cool mounted on the wall as the art does look realistic. The only down side .. we found it difficult to figure out how to turn off smooth motion (soap opera effect), which we absolutely abhor. Eventually we figured it out. But I do wish televisions did NOT come with this feature automatically enabled. It sucks.
