Amazing picture with vivid colors and sharpness. Super easy set up to other devices. I had a 40" Samsung but wanted a larger screen and bought a cheaper brand to save some money, BAD IDEA. The picture was dreadful and after three weeks I returned it and bought my QLED and have had the most amazing picture. Now my friends want to come watch movies at my house.

I've been using this TV for coming up on 90 days. Like the picture. The built in apps work fine. Went with Samsung as my Samsung from 2008 was still working when I bought this TV to replace it. I trust them more than tcl, Vizio, etc... I don't feel it's as good as the higher priced models in this same line and certainly isn't oled but it's a fine lcd/led tv. Would have liked better backlighting for the price as this unit is only edge lit but looks great with games. A little dim on very dark 4k content

The programming was super easy to set up. If you have comcast, the app is already there and ready to go. You can return your box to Comacast (no monthly box now) and use your device as a remote. Do not not have to be super tech knowledgeable to set up your programming through apps.

To Start the picture has great color and is clear. The sound is fine without a sound bar , But I did buy 1. I think this is a great starter QLED television and suits all our needs for watching great movies and works well with wifi to watch Samsung TV, so just need internet . We are very pleased with this QLED 65" TV. great choice and great tv

The television is easy to use and very good picture.

This will be the third Samsung QLED I have purchased, in the last year for various rooms in my home. The styling is clean and simple, with near edge to edge screen. Built in apps and very simple remote control make access to multiple viewing options a breeze. Beyond all of that greatness, the picture is fantastic. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic picture quality and a packed with a lot of features .

It's an edge lit tv, so the entire screen never gets completely black. The borders, particularly the corners (lower left especially) have a lot of grey when it's supposed to be pitch black. This is apparently normal for edge lit TVs, which a lot of TVs are nowadays. This can lead to pixelation and blocking when it's dark near the borders. However, the smart features are amazing and the colors are super vibrant.
