Just make sure the TV is in the correct HDMI port when setting up. The remote is a slim and sleek design but is not intuitive or easy to figure out. You have to work with it to understand the very few buttons and no numbers! I prefer the older models that are easy to use.

The colors pop, contrast is on point and is an overall 10/10 purchase. Response features are snappy without lag and the TV comes with more features than you think. Most amazing part is the speaker that comes built in. I stopped using my Samsung sound bar after buying this tv.

The intelligent feature on it is amazing and the auto-gaming mode is fantastic! Ambient mode was a surprisingly nice addition to my workspace while I study for my classes! Picture quality is amazing, I'm glad I got it when they still put QLED in these

Our first QLED TV

Hang on the wall or use the provided legs as stands on an entertainment set. I love Samsung line of TV's, and although on the bottom tier of GLED's, we are very happy with this set. Especially when we got it on a open-box sale.

I haven't completely mastered it! I need to say if u have the opportunity to let the store deliver it, then please do! But I am enjoying it!

It's my first smart tv, and I can't believe how easy it was to set up and learn to use. The picture quality is phenominal and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the sound from the speakers. All in all, great bang for the buck!

I’ve always been a Samsung fan when it comes to electronics and TVs/monitors and this TV delivers on the exact things it should. Mounted nicely to my wall so I sometimes use the ambient mode just to change my setting for whatever mood I’m in. Love it.

Great value LED TV!

The TV randomly switches off sometimes, but that might be a consequence of having a cheap cable provider. It's been about 1 month since purchasing the TV, and I watch a few hours per day. Colors and sound are fantastic, no complaints here!

The picture and color of the tv are fabulous. Enjoying being able to record and the voice option of saying what we are looking for. Also like going on iTunes and going online. Can’t beat this TV.
