I bought this QLED TV because I already owned one and know just how great the picture is. I have had an issue with playing shows from some APPS and I don't know whether the problem is the TV or the APPS but since it is happening with multiple APPS, I am leaning on the TV. Getting ready to contact Samsung because Best Buy was unable to assist with the issue.

Went to Best Buy looking for info on a new TV. Was greeted with an awesome and very knowledgeable employee. He had a lot of patience and answered all our questions. Turns out he was right on. We love the TV and the color is beautiful as well as the definition and brightness. So happy with this choice.

We love all of the features of the TV and the picture is spectacular. I was particularly impressed with the geek squad people who were sent out to set it up, they really took great pains to explain all of the features and benefits of the TV to two people who are not the most high tech people in the world.

Super clear picture and sound with soundbar. Love all the special features! No problems w tv, but had problems syncing it up to Spectrum. Voice and picture didn't match. Finally got a knowledgable tech from Spectrum (after 2 other servicemen failed) who told me what sound settings to put in.

My last television was a year 2005 Panasonic plasma tv. I had no idea the technology changed this much. I love the colors and ultra high picture. Sound has not changed since year 2005. A very simple remote was designed for the unsophisticated user and simplicity. Overall, a great tv for the price.

Went in to start looking for a new TV for my husband. Marissa our salesperson was showing us the television we were looking at. She also showed us the QLED from Samsung, my husband liked the picture quality so much that we ended up buying the QLED, best of all it was on sale and that made me even happier.

My first 4K QLED TV. I am a long time Samsung fan. I have owned a Samsung 42” LCD since 2007 and only upgraded to get a little bigger viewing screen. I have been pleasantly satisfied with this QLED TV. Great picture, details and stock audio.

I am disappointed in the overall quality of the picture from show to show. The amount of blurred motion is very distracting and at times a jerky motion should not be there for the supposed quality of Samsung. There are shows which are not sharp like my cheaper Toshiba. I must add though when there is no blurring motion during a show that it is very good. Only after we bought this set did the sale person state very softly that there might be some blurred motion and that the quality would not be the same as we were witnessing in the store. Also, I do not understand why some of the time when I start it up it shows that it is buffering. Why? I really WANT a response to my concerns!!!!!!!

My last Samsung tv is still going strong after 12 years, so I knew I wanted another Samsung, this tv is amazing! The quality has gone beyond my expectations, watching a Blu-ray movie that I had watched previously on this tv the colors just pop and see things I hadn’t noticed before.

I bought this for my mom for Christmas! She had a fairly small one in her living room and made watching anything in there annoying lol. So I upgraded her to this 55 and she loves it. I got myself the 43 in too while I was at it. Had a deal I couldn’t beat

This is a great TV after you figure out how to work it as we are in our 60's and our children all live out of state so no one to show us how to work everything on it but after figuring it out with the guide on the TV it has been great!

Very clear picture and easy to use. Purchased for bedroom and it is a big upgrade from my 40".

I highly recommend this TV, it is that perfect not to big not to small but just the right size. Picture quality is excellent much better than the 1080P from years past. Pay for the delivery, the gentlemen were professional, quick and explained how everything worked and took the old TV. It's worth it.

This tv has a great picture and the motion is super smooth. Colors are amazing! The one thing I am concerned about is that the tv acts weird whenever I try to stream a tv show or movie. The tv almost acts like it’s loading the input, almost like it’s processing the signal but for an abnormal amount of time. It’s hard to describe and it always works but I’ve never seen a tv act like that. Other than that I am happy with it.

Nice picture excellent feature on this set, although I think old plasma tech still produced best pictures

Bluetooth capable, great picture, sleek design. Looks gorgeous in my living room and ambient mode is AWESOME. Got my tv hooked up to my surround sound and I can play music from my phone via Bluetooth, turning my surround into a Bluetooth speaker! Love this tv, got it for 900 dollars.

My wife needs to spend more time in bed for medical reasons, and her feet have to be raised. That really made watching our old tv difficult. This larger model with great display hanging on the wall was a good answer. The sound bar was just an added bonus. I do have to say the voice activated system is not as good as the one on our living room television which has a firestick. However, over all, we are quite happy.
