Bought as open box and have had no problems. Originally I was going to purchase an older model not QLED but after comparing picture the extra money was well worth it. I was worried a little about the sound quality after reading some other reviews but it has been excellent as well.

This TV is incredible! It’s so much more then just a TV, it’s a movie theater in your house! The color and clarity is exceptional along with the sound. I have a sound bar so it was leveled up even more. The options it has for screen saving mode and so much more.... enjoy it!

Though I got this at a very good price. Thanks to very good BB customer service. I thought this was the best among the samsung series 6-8 and sony x800g. Motion was very good. Good brightness and color is vibrant.

The colors are amazing and the picture makes you feel like you're right there with the show

Picture is awesome, crystal clear. My only complaint is the speakers. Sometimes I have to bump the volume up to over 30 just to hear the dialog. Then when a commercial cones on, you are blasted out of your seat. I think a soundbar would remedy this, so... that will be my next purchase!

Amazing picture but I haven’t bought a tv in 15 years had a Samsung that still works but decided to switch to 4K. Gaming is awesome and really enjoy the functionality. Smart TV technology makes ease of use amazing. 4 HDMIs was perfect for me so I’m not plugging unplugging.

This is my 2nd Samsung smart tv. The interface with the web is seamless. Easy setup and apps. Was able to now use one remote for cable box,home theater,tv fire stick. Love it. And had problem understanding the remote at first customer service with Samsung was beyond good

We love the TV it’s everything we wanted! Crystal clear picture. OLED is the way to go, my only wish is that we could of gotten the 65” over the 55” but I’m still so happy! You can have family photos rotating as well.

I am extremely pleased with this TV, and its high def picture. I was told another one would be better, but I don't think I could recognize enough difference to spend another several hundred dollars to agree to that up-sell.

This unit is not just an outstanding TV with an amazing video display, it's streaming and connectivity capacities will make it central to a home entertainment system. It's pretty much able to connect to many online services with what appears to be a strong and stable network connection. I'm using it wireless with no issues. I did check wired connection to verify it's function, it also was a strong stable connection. Anyhow you can add or subtract apps. Unit to me aesthetically pleasing with a thin bezel. The display quality is astounding. I submit that you would find very few if any differences between this and one costing twice as much. Pretty dang good it is!!!! For those wondering; it does work good as a gaming monitor if you like something that big it...LOL

A really colorful experience. Colors are just beautiful. Waited for my Sony TV to die after 10 years but it wouldn’t. Researched the Samsung 4K Qled, and I couldn’t wait any longer so I bought it. Have an average size living room and found the sound to be less than adequate. If your willing to buy a sound table like I did; than this is the TV for you. I would have returned it but sound table saved it.

If everything you want in home entertainment could be compacted into one television this would be it. Visuals, sound quality, interface, everything was flawless. The best TV Samsung has put out to date. And in my opinion one of the best TVs on the market.

This is my third flatscreen Samsung and it certainly has not disappointed. My only complaint is the difficualty using the tiny remote. The pictograms are so small it's had to tell one from the other. And the included directions did not help much as the print was too light.

This TV is easy to set up, I love all the features especially the ambient mode. I installed it in my guest room which is not used much, so I set the TV to ambient mode and it looks like a piece of art work. The best part is I can change the art work from day to day, week to week.

Wow! Fantastic out of the box and great picture! Almost seems like movies are in 3-D now compared to our 11 year old tv we got rid of. Highly recommend - we also purchased a swivel base which works quite nicely for different angles in the room. Well worth the investment.

I love the picture on this TV. It is a smart TV however, and sometimes I can't do the things I want to until some navigating is done to figure it out. Not always user friendly in that area. Remote can be a pain at times with less buttons, have to search things in the menus too, instead of hitting a button.

I lost my old (new) tv in the earthquake we had in Anchorage while I was out of state when I decided to replace it I upgraded to a QLED I will not go back ever. This is a whole level higher for smart tvs

This is a very tv with great picture quality. When we compared it in the store to other brands the picture was so much better. Take a look for yourself and you will notice the difference. Plus we got it on sale for 300.00 off the list price so it was also a good value.

Once setup, easy to use and navigate choices. No Bixby for us after reading some less than positive experiences of others. After one week do not feel that bad that we gave up 2 shelves on the bookcase for this larger tv. Would have liked a longer warranty period.
