Light from the surrounding windows do not cause viewing difficulty as before with our old plasma TV.

It is not intuitive. The "Bixby" voice command system will "hear" what it thinks is you while you are watching something and interrupt, much like when "Siri" thinks it hears "Hey Siri". Very annoying and had to be turned off, which prompts yet another search through many menu options to find, because "turn off Bixby" didn't work. The remote control is very sleek and modern with only a few buttons, but again, not intuitive, you must learn how to use it.

I am sorry to see that you are having some issues with Bixby and find operation and installation to be not user-friendly.
For better voice control, we recommend you to turn off the far field mic setting and use the mic button on the remote instead. To stop Bixby from activating itself, please go thru the following steps to make sure the far field mic is turned off:
1. Short press the mic button on the remote to get the Bixby Settings page.
2. Go to Explore Now > Settings > Voice Wake-Up > Select Off

Paired it with the Samsung sound bar which was very easy to do, easy controls, excellent accessibility to all your apps, games look stunning, ambient mode is fun. I have encountered an issue where sometimes when I turn the tv off it will turn itself back on, kind of odd, it’s like the tv has a mind of its own and is asking me “hey you sure you’re done?” Haha. But once I turn it off again after it has done that it stays off. Hopefully will be fixed in an update soon.
