    At the store I was mesmerized by the picture quality. I could clearly see the gills on the fish swimming by in the video that was playing on a loop in store. I honestly thought that I was somehow swindled when I saw the picture quality after having this TV mounted in my room. Turns out that the video playing in the store was a blue ray, and you will only get the same experience while watching blue videos or certain HD channels. I should have bought the TV that was $300 cheaper than this one because it's the same quality unless your watching a blue and how even watches blue ray anymore-_-

      Our Q60 R Series is powered by Quantum Processor 4K, Quantum HDR 4X, and over a billion shades of color for sharp details, vibrant images, and fine-tuned black level.
      I am sorry that you are disappointed in its picture performance.
      Please know that in addition to the TV, the quality of the image on your screen also depends on the source and the connection. HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing; and when possible, 4K content will provide the best picture quality. The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer the signal is to 4K, the better it will look coming out.

      The quality of the streaming content depends largely on the speed of your internet, as most content providers have adaptive streaming that will automatically adjust the image quality based on the network bandwidth.

    The picture is great but the sound is not really good, the bixby app doesn’t work at all but still I’m happy with this tv.

    Great TV for a good price. Geek Squad install was a waste of money. They sent one installer without much experience. My TV was mounted on the wall, I had to give him a hand to take down old TV and hang new one. I had a cable box , blu-ray player, and vcr. The first thing he did was to pull off all the wires and put them in a pile on the floor. He did not know how to hook up the vcr to new TV. He said I was using to many wires. He used one coaxial cable. He left without checking to see if it worked. It did not work. The salesman said that he would show how everything worked. He did not.

    We've had this TV for about a month and really enjoy many aspects of viewing. The remote is easy to use but I wish it had a number pad for easier channel movement. The voice button does help a lot though.

    I was tempted to purchase one of the cheaper 55" tv's... I'm glad I didn't the picture on the Qled is soooo much better.

    Love the picture. Sound could be better but I'm using a sound bar so I'm happy. The difference between the picture from this and higher models is so minimal that it's almost unnoticeable. Blacks are great!
