problem with audio

Native audio great (using apps) but audio for HDMI-connected devices was appallingly bad. I think tv must have been defective. I spent hours speaking with Best Buy, Samsung, and even the cable company. Bought new HDMI cables. Wound up exchanging. New tv doesn't have the problem, so it couldn't have been the cables - must have been the tv. Don't know why Best Buy couldn't just take my word initially instead of having me spend hours and hours on the phone .... If audio worked, would have been a great tv
