Best Buy was the only store in the area that had any selection of TV's. It looks like these days most stores stock the cheaper models for a quick sale. The store clerk was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to tell be the slight differences between the brands/models in order to help me make a decision. Setup was a breeze.

Would rather go with Sony

I came into BestBuy wanting to buy the Sony TV that's equivalent to this and ended up buying this cause they had none in stock. Can't return it now but definitely a disaapointment. The quality of the TV picture is great but functionality really kills the mood. Would rather recommend Sony, which runs Android. Or get a fire stick like I did (extra 100 bucks) to get this TV to it's capability

Ever since I buying their first quantum dot model (formerly SUHD in 2015), I've only opted to buy their QLED model line. I bought this as a secondary tv for my basement but didn't want to spend a high price so this was a great option for me to still get a QLED panel and not spend a premium.
