This is the best TV I have owned yet. Smart TV features make it easy to use and the image quality is outstanding. Was upsizing/upgrading from a Sony - glad I did. The Sony had ongoing issues with ambient light changes and often went so dark that image was very poor. Never could get it fixed.

I also purchased a Sony XBR55950G. The picture on the Q60 is close, but not quite at the Sony level.

Great picture quality and sound. Gave it to my mother as a gift and she loves it.

I love Samsung products and this is a great purchase especially with the voice-activated remote control and options for internet very easy to use and connectivity to Bluetooth just wish the price could be more comprable to other companies but I understand you're paying for the name

We finally figured out how to turn off that function that allows you to speak to the TV. It turns out it is ALWAYS LISTENING! Even when the TV is turned off, our conversation would show up on the screen. Luckily, it gave us a clue, once, how to stop it so we turned it off. Now, at least, we don't know if it is still listening to us.

Purchased at the recommendation of the salesperson. A little more money than I was planning, but a good TV. I think the extra warranty was really over priced (could have purchased another TV). Would like for the store warranty to start after the manufacture warranty expires. The remote is really small and take some time to get used to.

No issues thus far. Excellent Picture, but speakers could be a little louder it being a Bravia.

The picture quality is very nice. It’s very easy to setup and the price was very affordable.

Samsung makes the best TVs in my opinion. No matter if it is entry level or high end, it surpasses the competition without effort. Great value, great product. Had Sony, LG, and others, none of them have the software and support that Samsung has.

This new TV is a replacement for my 2012 55 inch Samsung TV was light years ahead in technical improvements. No RCA cable hook ups, more HDMI ports, and a new way to interface with smart devices. It took a minute to learn the intracacies, but now I love the convenience and the improvements.

This Tv provides immersive pictures with a great motion frame display. Great quality

So from purchase in Jan 2020 to January 2022 the TV worked fine. The picture wasn’t as sharp as indicated or displayed. I am paying for 4K and HD… but minor. Now February 2022, the sound button doesn’t go above 2, the smart hub won’t connect to the remote, can’t use a external firestick because every thing flows through the Smart Hub. So I’m permanently down to local channels only. Called both Samsung and BeatBuy and I’m out of warranty and didn’t purchase the extended warranty as I had before due to never having to use them. Lessons learned however I would never have expected this to happen after 2 years. Don’t buy this TV. Now I’m searching for a new one. No Samsung, you had your chance and blew it!

Very good picture quality. I found it little costly but good product.

I bought this television to replace my 1080p LCD tv. So far I have been very happy.

I have my xbox one s hooked up to game and watch videos online as well as 4k blu rays and they look great and the game mode increases the responsiveness in game. Another added bonus is when I'm on my xbox I can use the remote to navigate around menus ie. on youtube or netflix
