The One Remote is really cool and it’s even cooler that you can use an app as a remote to control the TV. Wish Samsung & Apple TV worked better together - by the description it seemed like I could control my Apple TV with the Samsung remote but I cannot - that’s the only reason to take off one star.

Had a great salesperson who walked us through what we were looking for and made great recommendations. He also gave us tips as to how to set up. No pressure and we're really happy with our purchase.

I had to turn off the voice command because even if the TV was off and I was no where near the remote and I was talking on the phone it would think I was talking to it and turn the TV on. It also repeats my conversations. The picture is good but it's crazy

To stop Bixby from activating itself, please go thru the following steps to make sure the far field mic is turned off:
1. Short press the mic button on the remote to get the Bixby Settings page.
2. Go to Explore Now, then Settings, then Voice Wake-Up, and select Off.

However I am not the gamer, my husband is. It claims to have apple app but the apple app does not function the way the Apple TV would. Easily rectified by buying another Apple TV and adding it to this tv. Also this tv does not allow you to just download any app. There were a lot of apps that I had on my Apple TV that I could not just download. Last the remote...mmmmm not a fan and you need it to blue too the another remote. Once another remote is blue toothed to tv, you have to accept it each initial use and you need the original remote to do. Last I was never able to manipulate tv using the “smart thing” app. Not a fan. If you want a Samsung, then don’t bother with a Q series and save about half the price.

Great TV

I have somewhat got the hang of it. I am just a little disappointed that there are no RCA Jack's for Audio. My stereo will not be able to work with this unit without purchasing an adapter. I have yet to discover how to stream from the web. Like the other things, it will take a little longer Geat item

I am enjoying my football games since the clarity is excellant on this TV. It is fairly easy to use with remote and I would recommend this product for people who watch sports.
