    Actually bought this new HD TV due to my old TV literally breaking down. So I got this TV same week of Superbowl! The deal was so awesome Sauce!!! The gentleman who assisted me was very knowledgeable!

    Purchased on 8/15/20 and zero issues thus far. For the sale price I picked it up far, great quality 4K TV with all the apps I need built in. As an everyday use TV and gaming, good value.

    This is an excellent tv for the price point. The HDR content from Netflix really pops. The Q70 is not better than this TV in my opinion. If you want to do better, you will need to pay twice the price for the Q80.

    Replace my old 37" tv with this Q60 QLED. Nice picture and great contrast clarity. The volume could use a little upgrade. Other than that I enjoy the huge screen. Wish we could get 4K broadcasting.

    I was a little skeptical at first because it was more than we had originally planned to spend. I am so glad we bought this tv! The clarity is amazing!! I do think we will have to buy a sound bar though because for some reason we have to turn the volume up on this tv by quite a bit more than our older tv.

    I don’t really know much about the different types of televisions. As long as they show what they are suppose to, I’m good. However, This tv was a gift for my husband, and he absolutely loves it.

    Great TV. Got this on sale and they even price matched from Amazon. User friendly. Only little thing I would comment on is the stand of the tv. Not that pleased with it, but no biggie.

    Great TV. Got it during the black friday sales. The only drawback that really isn't a problem is the Bixby interface. It's just as sucky on the TV as it is on The Samsung android phones sadly.

    This tv has no issues. It has 4 hdmi ports and a good screen. This is the lower end for the Magnolia series. I imagine the upper level screens are better, but this is already exceptional.

    From the first day, I thought it should be clearer and crisper. It wasn’t until I bought an $89 22 inch 1080p tv to compare it to that I realized the $89 tv was clearer and sharper. I expected to be able to see individual hairs on people. Instead, I get fuzzy hair that looks like 720p. I swapped cable boxes and plugged in a usb with video with the same results except the 2180p video was crisp. The grass on the football fields in closeup pictures was blurred.football For a $1,000 TV that is in the top-of-the-line category, it is a disappointment. My father’s Sharp TV that costs half is much is twice as good. On the good side, the color is good.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q60R QLED TV powered by Quantum Processor 4K, Quantum HDR 4X, and over a billion shades of color for sharp details, vibrant images, and fine-tuned black level.

      I am sorry to see that image quality is blurry, as this should not be the case.

      There are several preset picture modes and many custom settings that can optimize image quality to your viewing scenario.
      Go to HOME > SETTINGS > PICTURE > PICTURE MODE and choose:
      1) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments, like in retail stores
      2) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      3) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      4) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.

      In addition, the quality of the image on your screen depends on the source and the connection.
      HDMI cables are recommended for optimal HD viewing; and when possible, 4K content will provide the best picture quality. The TV will upscale as best as possible any content sent to it. The closer the signal is to 4K, the better it will look coming out.

      The quality of the streaming content depends largely on the speed of your internet, as most content providers have adaptive streaming that will automatically adjust the image quality based on the network bandwidth.

    Colors are good although the blacks seem to look solid without shading or texture, for example, not much texture a person's black suit coat. Could use 4 HDMI inputs instead of just 3. Bixby voice is hit-and-miss. Remote is small and easy to misplace. Would like it more if it were $100 cheaper.

    Picture Quality Picture quality is as expected for this price range. I guess I'm happy enough about this. WON'T STAY TURNED OFF The picture quality may look like pumpkin pie tastes but this TV was born to FRUSTRATE its owners. If you love the idea of your TV turning itself back on just about every time you turn it off (and I wonder - massive amounts of data collection - why it would be doing that) then by all means buy this television. If you would rather KNOW that your TV is turned off when you turn it off then buy something else. CONSTANTLY USING BANDWIDTH Seems to me like this thing is on the internet (again, probably data collection) more than anyone else in the household. FAILURE TO RECOGNIZE INCREDIBLY POPULAR DEVICES like the Nintendo Switch. Maybe the fake media is lying and Nintendo HASN'T sold like 40 million Switches - that's got to be the only reason why a major brand TV like would refuse to recognize a device like a switch. UI is SSSLLLLOOOW. Make sure you exit out of everything before switching to any other app. All in all, I'd have to say that as a TV this TV is joke. It excels, though in the use cases for which it was designed: 1. Making the setup of the Nintendo Switch as difficult as humanly possible. 2. Capturing all of your viewing habits and sending every last bit of data back to Samsung. 3. Teasing you with the idea of being able to make fast transitions from one source to the next (just give me a remote with a source button on it if you can't make this fast enough to be worth my time). 4. Pretending that the remote they give you with this is anything other than a mic to listen to you. This remote, it should be noted, has a back that slides off so easily you're going to lose it way sooner than you ever guessed. Everything on this TV is just so poorly executed it boggles my mind. I deeply regret buying this TV and will NOT be buying another Samsung ... anything. Ever again.

    im not big on words. but this is my first 4k tv and im very pleased with my purchase. im sure there are better tv's but for the price i dont think you can go wrong with this tv.

    I love all the new improvement and apps plus the antenna for regular tv when needed. one problem with all tv now there so thin that you can hear any real sound out of these speaker people should have to but a sound bar just hear a descent sound. other the picture and tv is great.

    Great quality picture. Constantly having to unplug/replug tv to continue watching movies on Netflix and Amazon is very aggravating. Needs a fix or if you constantly use these apps, consider a competitor.

    This tv is excellent with the exception of the voice command feature. The problem is that this feature turns on without prompt, which lowers the volume and blocks the screen when it is activated. I was sent a new remote which unfortunately did not help the problem. Best Buy/Geek Squad, instead of offering to replace the tv completely, has instead offered to either repair the motherboard (of a 30-day old tv) or disable the feature completely, only activating it using the menu when I want to use the feature. Which is defeating the whole purpose of buying an expensive tv to use these great features.

      Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. For better voice control, we recommend you to turn off the far field mic setting and use the mic button on the remote instead.

      To stop Bixby from activating itself, please go thru the following steps to make sure the far field mic is turned off:
      1. Short press the mic button on the remote to get the Bixby Settings page.
      2. Go to Explore Now, then Settings, then Voice wake-up, and select Off.
