Been having it over 2 years now and it’s still one of the best TVs in the market. Love playing 4K at 120hz!

Great for my 1st QLED. But the Q70t and up are great for the new game systems. This tv is still great with 4K content.

So far, It has been good. It's only been a month. Wouldn't have spent the money if I wouldn't have been confident with the product though.

Don't know if the problem is the TV or the installation, but I can't watch any programs on the HD setting because the picture is so big it's cut off all the way around. No sense in buying an HD TV. I wasn't able to contact a live person at Best Buy so no help there as they were only using virtual help and it didn't address my problem. Don't know if the installers really didn't know how to correctly set up to my satellite receiver box or if it's the receiver itself. So I just watch things on non-HD settings. With COVID-19 don't know if BB will send out another person to check it or not.

I knew exactly what I wanted, previously had the same brand, was directed to the selections and was in and out within ten minutes.

Samsung sales person greatly assisted us in this TV selection. The TV is working according to specs. A user manual would be helpful.

Beautiful colors, tracks motion very well. Built in apps are perfect, no need for add on like chrome cast or roku.

This is my hubby’s baby. He loves this tv. We have it in our bedroom so it’s what we watch in there all the time.

I was shown a lot of TV’s The options were numerous. I asked if any deals we’re going on. He said wait while he checked out something. Came back and showed us the “open box “ option which saved us hundreds of dollars

This TV is great. The only thing I have not been able to figure out is how to connect headset for my husband who does not hear very well.

From purchase to delivery and installation, the Best Buy experience was very professional. Our new TV and sound bar works beautifully.

Geeks, worked like the pros they are, made the chore so simple. Left the site clean, and me with a great picture. Just love it.

Geek Squad came back once and made adjustment, but we’re still having trouble with volume control and sound bar. Finally got it working today, but we will probably have to call again if it keeps causing problems.

Good product. Well worth the price. Unless you really know what you're doing, I suggest you pay for the professional set-up.
