Unfortunately it is not. Tried both optical and HDMI and a newer cable bo. Also adjust on TV settings

If the lip sync issue only happens with streaming content or certain cable content, it mostly is an issue with the content provider, not the TV. You will have to contact the provider for troubleshooting.

Continue to have trouble with the sound/lip syncing. I think the problem is with Spectrum cable. Bixby was annoying but have disabled that feature.
