Quite Disappointing Due To Issue

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The TV frequently...as in 4-5 times a week develops a small pixelated area as if the signal isn't strong enough...but it is. The shadows then become black and pixelated and soon thereafter it takes over the entire picture making it un-watcheable. We have tried the picture test which shows OK. We have tried different cable boxes, wifi connections, Lan cables, etc. We have now scheduled a service visit but while it happens about every other day it will likely not occur at the exact money that the service tech is here. On another note, frankly the picture quality especially when watching sports is way below what we had hoped for. This unit absolutely can not keep up with the motion of a football game. This is the first Samsung piece of equipment....and we own a bunch of them...that we have found ourselves truly disappointed with, especially given the price.

Samsung Isn't Impressive This Year.

The edge lit dimming and low nit brightness leaves HDR mode rather disappointing. There's no pop to the color. I have to leave the TV in dynamic mode all the time to even get a decent picture. Have to get a higher priced model to have pop to the color.
