    The tv has a great picture. But the audio is very weak. Voice command comes up automatic while your watching TV. I also disabled the voice command on the tv. Bixby has a mind of its own. Scary!

    Junk. Needed to file a claim with Samsung. The TV randomly turned its self on and would not maintain the wireless signal. Picture was good though.

    Tv was great on blurays and streaming. After you turned it off it wouldnt come back on unless uyou unplugged tv and plugged it back in

    I bought this TV in Feb 2020. It stoped working in March 2022. The TV was great until it would not turn on. I had a repair person do a diagnostic for $99 and the part to maybe fix it was $230 + $170 in labor. I would be $500 in with no guarantee of a working television. A TV should last more than 2 years.

    Ordered and paid for this TV the day before Thanksgiving had it set to be delivered and set up December 22nd. On December 21st I get called that it has to be cancelled and rescheduled because of an issue out of my control. Now I am told i have to go to the back of the line for delivery and set up which is new years eve. I purchased my tv on 11/26 they should have had that tv in back waiting to be installed not sold it to someone else.

    Purchase LG NanoCell and totally happy! I love Samsung (I have other smaller TVs), but this monitor was junk right out of the box. Very complicated setup - couldn't see my Comcast cable box. Called a friend who works for GeekSquad and he couldn't figure it out. We tried everything and this TV just couldn't get going.... I might have received a bad TV - but never looked back once I returned this for my LG....

    Not as good as My 52" Sharp Aquios. The Picture was not as good either. 4K thumbs Down in my Opinion.

    We bought this product with installation scheduled for March 19th from our in home tech visit. Email said 23rd, phone said 26th. They then scheduled for the Saturday and then all in home was put on hold. Very disappointed all the way around. Needless to say we have no idea how this tv is. And no way of knowing when we'll get it

    Bought this product in November 2019. It died 14 month later, a known problem with the power supply board. Samsung and Best Buy did nothing for me, as it was out of warranty for 2 months. You would think a new TV would last more than 14 months. This is the last Samsung I will ever purchase.

    So I had been looking for an upgrade to my 5+ year old Samsung 40" set that still works great with great picture (replaced backlights myself when they failed few months ago) and while I had no price point to stick to I did not see going over 7-800 for a higher quality set. I wanted something I'd be happy with tomorrow, next week, next year.... So far the family freaking loves this Q60r set. I'm upset it doesn't have full array backlighting but the qdot technology makes this a FAR better picture then a standard led set. Watched Guardians Of the Galaxy2 on Netflix last night (just HD not 4K) and the color is really impressive as well the upconverting this thing does even with a 1gb 2.5 hour video played from a Steam machine PC blew me away. I may have been happy with a lesser model and saved ton of money but so far 2 days now we love it. I just refuse to tell the family how much I spent on it!

    Prior Samsung TV was 5 years old and wouldn't updated apps. Upgraded to this model. Had in place for 10 days then screen went black with white lines. Luckily I had Geek Squad protection!

    I’ve had this T.V for only a year and it’s already damaged and I don’t know why. The television turns on and off by its self for no reason and I Need to pay a hefty sum to get it fixed, which I think it’s more worth to just buy a new one.

    I bought the TV with the sound bar that was recommended for the TV. Audio and video are out of sync. Geek squad installed it and have come by a couple of times to try to fix it but still out of sync

      If your lip-sync issue is between the TV video and soundbar audio, then Dolby Digital content may be the cause for your audio delay as this is a known issue affecting all brands.
