EZ to set up, and program. Works well with my service provider or if you want to stream, works great as well. Several available apps for download. Can be wall mounted or table top. I would recommend two people be available to install it. Exercise caution when placing it on a table top or mounting as to not pinch the screen during lifting. Refer to the excellent info and video that Best Buy sends you.

No one know about the products

We returned the t.v. because we could not get bixby to respond like the other samsung we had. Found out with the new one that you had to say "Channel 45". Not just 45... We found out by accident with the new 65". This t.v. also has issues but we can at least turn channels like we wanted.

Very Good Quality TV for the price

The picture quality of this TV is excellent and the smart TV features are very easy to use. This will be my 4th Samsung TV as I find that Samsung provides as better quality TV than other manufactures. Additionally, Samsung offers free software and firmware upgrades after the warranty period has expired. This TV also has a 5 year warranty so it's worth the extra money.

Only issue was had to turn off Bixby because it would arbitrarily come on without prompt.

I had to replace an 18 month old SamsungQ7 that went out (every repairman said the display was damaged). Although it was 6 mo out of warranty, I figured Samsung would stand behind their (expensive) product. They didn't so I wasn't going to spend the same money on a tv that could have a potential 18 mo life span. This one was on sale and to be honest, its picture quality is better than the higher priced model. We'll see if it lasts.
