We love our TV..it is very large & a clear picture

I upgraded from 50" Samsung TV to this 55". It is an upgrade I needed. Setp was easy. It connected immediately to WiFi. Adding apps is easy. It works well with the SmartThings app and the connection is quick and easy.

Bought this TV on line "Open-Box Excellent" condition. Went to pick up 45 minutes away, and tv was shoved into a box, with the power cord sticking out of the bottom, and foam packaging that didn't belong. I wanted to check the unit, but the the rep said i couldn't open the box, but "don't worry you have two weeks to return it". As I tried to carry it out, the box fell apart. Took a while but someone found some tape and we taped up the box. Got home and unpacking see that all manuals and guides missing, and one leg is missing nodule to snap in place (gravity/weight of TV keeps leg in place currently). I am using the TV, which seems to operate correctly, but time will tell. I don't want to return it, because basically it seems to be working correctly, and more important i cant possibly get it back in the makeshift box with phony packing, and drive it 45 minutes and argue that this is the best I can do given how it was sold to me. THE POINT IS OPEN BOX EXCELLENT IS A JOKE. THIS UNIT MAY HAVE BEEN A FLOOR MODEL FOR MONTHS, OR WHO KNOWS WHAT. BUT THE EXPERIENCE IS REALLY CRUDDY AND LEAVES ME FEELING LIKE I HAVE BEEN TAKEN ADVANATGE OF. I guess I could have not taken it to being with, but i wanted a TV and drove 45 minutes to get it and already paid for it. All in all I feel like I have allowed Best Buy to pawn off old merchandise for near full profit. I've learned my lesson.

It’s a very nice smart tv. The remote isn’t my favorite, it’s very small and i wish it came with more buttons. The volume/channel controls are weird. I don’t hate the remote.. i just don’t love it. But overall, the tv is great. I like the home screen display.

I’m not an expert in this matter but after a long research in the web I concluded that with a good price the 55” option was what I was looking for in a QLED tv. I’m impressed with the image quality of this TV. The sound may be not the best if you are looking to heard it 25 feet away but for the average user is more than enough.

Very happy with it. Set up very easy. The picture is sharp. Watching a football game feels like your on the sideline. This is a mid range for Samsung. Not the top of the line but not the bottom. Decent price for Samsung. The only thing that is a little iffy is the sound. So I say it could be better

Great TV. Color performance is awesome. Lots of cool features. Hang on wall or set on table. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Nice resolution and color saturation. Easy to setup. Way to much bloatware preinstalled on the set for my needs! Remote is very very small! Disappointed in the lack of inputs available. Should have looked closer at the specs before I bought the TV. I've stayed away from Samsung TVs for several years due to their failure rate. Decided to give the brand one more try. Hopefully the reliability has improved!

We have always bought Samsunfmg and they never disappoint. This Samsung LED TV has great picture quality and is easy to navigate. I would highly recommend.
