    Great picture (finally!) Oddly, the first one we picked up had a cracked screen. Return and exchange was handled quickly and seamlessly, impressive service! Excellent TV.

    I really enjoy my new TV. It is so easy to move around to different programs and movies. I enjoy Prime movies and Christmas programs, the picture is so bright and clear.

    IMO, the Samsugn smart interface is one of the best. Matched with a great picture and reasonable audio, and this TV comes up a winner. Iwould have liked one or two more HDMI ports.

      I’m sorry to hear you’re not fully satisfied with the Q60B TV’s picture quality. If the image is too dim, please try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions, as these will automatically adjust your picture and may cause your screen to appear brighter or darker than preferred. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > turn off Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, and Motion Lighting

      You may also want to try adjusting image settings to improve your picture. Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      3) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      4) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also customize the brightness level of your screen between 0 – 50 to your preference. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

      Please also make sure you’ve got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now

    Very thin and light TV. Easy to install on full motion wall mount. Great picture in a bright room with lots of windows. Still some glare but better than previous TV. Crisp picture for football Sound quality is disappointing - sounds muffled and dialog is not clear or crisp. Had to add a sound bar.

    No more Samsung TV for me

    I like the TV but despise the operating system and bloatware. Some of the apps are permanent. Also a Samsung account is required to load apps. Samsung then disables the Software Update function after terms of service are agreed to. If you disagree then TV can obnly be used for Over The Air (antenna) viewing. My TV was slowing down and locking up so I wanted to stop auto update but the function was disabled. If you buy a Samsung then prepare to create a Samsung Account and turn over control of your TV to Samsung. I would have returned the TV to Best Buy if I had discovered all this before the return date. TV start acting up a day after the return date. Samsung has become worse than Apple when it comes to control over your purchase.
