Biggest upset is the remote will lose connection to tv and in order to pair i need to unplug tv and plugg it in to get the remote tonpair again and its bern doing it every couple days. Chatted with samsung and they sent a remote thinking that was problem but that remotes is doing same thing. Upset that samsung is selling these items with known issues. And if they didnt know, that means they sre not even testing there iitems before selling to public. 2 day i owned tv i want to bring it back but 55 in doesnt fit in car and the headaches of boxing and transportation back to store. If i do, its not going to be another samsumg. This it the second device ive owned from samsung that has known issue that they either ignored or dont know about because its more important for to make money than to fix the problems before releasing said items. Samsung is no longer quality and reliability. I probably get better quality with off brands and support for this issue is still being ignored or they would pull there flaud items and fix rhem. Spend a chunck of money for this glitchy items and did i when i bought my s10e that also was released to soon or i would have 5g and do the other s10s do.

I’m sorry to hear your Q60B TV’s remote is not working as expected. You may first want to reset your remote by pressing and holding Return and Enter (the center of the navigation pad) for more than 10 seconds. After performing this reset, you will need to pair the remote to the TV again. To pair, stand within 1 foot of your TV, and press the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected.
If the remote will not pair:
1. Unplug the TV for 30 seconds, and plug it back in.
2. Try moving closer to the TV and re-pairing.
3. Check to see if your remote is charged. You can check remaining battery by going to: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Power and Energy Saving > Available Remote Battery.
4. Check for available firmware updates on your TV. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
