Great picture. Easy setup. The remote is very small though (like Apple TV) with low-profile buttons and no backlighting. So plan on replacing with a universal remote or phone app control, if the TV is in a bedroom or dark theater room.

This is a great value for the sale price of $129.99! Is it the cutting edge of performance -of course not. Is it a good performing TV? Absolutely! Picture quality is better than I expected; resolution, color, brightness and sharpness - while not cutting edge performance are good (independent of price) and more than acceptable for the reasonable price. Deficiencies - refresh rate is the biggest performance issue I've noticed. But again, at this price - it's more than acceptable. Highly recommended without hesitation.

I used the Best Buy website to confirm that buyer ratings for my choice for a laptop confirmed the research that I did beforehand. Then I used the website tools to narrow down my final selection to best meet my needs and budget. The website made it easy for me to estimate the value of my trade-in, and I felt the amount was reasonable, so I went ahead with the purchase. I ordered online and within a couple hours (sooner than I could get to the store, in fact), my order was ready. The person who checked me in, took my old laptop in trade and answered a couple questions was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Overall it was a great experience and I am loving this Lenova YOGA laptop. Setup was easy, the online user manual is comprehensive, the keyboard is perfect and screen brightness is more than adequate, which provides for lower level lighting when desired. All around an excellent experience.

The picture is great but the remote is garbage. The on/off button on the remote is dark and in a hard to use place requiring two hands. The sound adjustment has an up and down toggle switch that also has a mute button if pushed down. Extremely poor design. Nobody can use this very much without inadvertently muting the tv. I purchased for my 93 year old mom. For elderly people the remote should be bigger, the on/off button easily operated by the thumb when holding in one hand. The old Samsung tv this replaced actually works with this tv and is easier to use. Remember form follows function. It has to work efficiently. The other issue was the reinstalled Samsung plus tv. With voice activation all channel changes are to Samsung plus meaning the screen changes from the app your are in back to Samsung plus tv. So frustrating, I called Samsung support and had the Samsung plus app removed.

The Samsung 55" ClassQ60-D gets a very nice picture for the money. The picture has very good contrast and brightness even in a very sunny room. The audio quality is very good when connected to a run of the mill $150 Samsung sounbar. It gives you great immersive surround sound in movies and programs that support immersive sound. Have had the TV for 2 weeks to replace a Samsung TV that was old and did not support Smart Things which is a great too to commect to various streaming services. Over all very satisfied with the TV. Just need to price match the $499/99 Black Friday Price.

After purchasing a few tvs and finding the right one. This tv has been amazing and the picture quality is amazing. QLED makes a world of difference. The operating system is fluid and watchijg movies is amazing!

After much research and comparing various smart TVs, I am so glad I decided on the 2024 model of the Samsung 55" Q60D Series QLED 4K. The picture quality is absolutely amazing, with vibrant colors and sharp details that truly enhance the viewing experience. The range of features and functionality make this TV an excellent choice for anyone looking to upgrade their setup, whether it's for a den or a living room. While the TV in of itself is great, the remote sucks. It is very small, smaller than a Fire Stick remote. And some of the controls make no sense from ergonomic standpoint. And to top it off, it is recharged through a small solar panel on the back side. That means if you don't turn it face down when you're not using it, the battery will run down. And then there's always the question of is the battery replaceable? Oh, did I forget to mention that they do not use Fire Stick or Roku type software which means you have to learn a whole new operating system.

Really great quality! Surprising for the price. We were upgrading from the crystal UHD and I must say, it’s well worth the upgrade. Brighter than OLED and less likely to imprint images. We’re very happy with our purchase. Sound could be better. Likely would pair well with a sound bar but we don’t have one.

Really happy with how my new TV turned out. Was very easy to filter the available options on Best Buy's web site to determine the model which was best for me. The pricing was competitive with other vendors. The delivery was prompt and easy. The picture quality on this TV is awesome! The size works well in our condo living room. Was easy to install the mount and sound bar. This is my third Samsung tv lifetime purchase and they've all been awesome!

Works pretty good, much smarter than our last "smart" TV. We bought it for the upgrade in size and I like that I can get apps on the TV directly, but still control them from my phone if I want. Our previous TV was 40" and we watched things through Chromecast when the apps on the TV quit working. You also get Samsung TV which has movies and shows for free if you don't have any other streaming services. I was finally able to set up a Netflix household which the Chromecast would not let me do. I no longer have to authorize it every two weeks because I use my husband's account from my phone, but some people I shared the account with also got kicked off. The solar remote is tiny and a bit weird, but hasn't died or needed charging yet and we've had it for a month and a half. I may still get a soundbar eventually, just because I think they are an improvement over any built in TV speakers, but the sound is decent enough for now. I didn't realize modern TVs only have HDMI ports so now I'm looking into adaptors for the composite and component cords used by the NES and Wii.

I enjoy linking my Bluetooth headphones up to the tv, for a SEAMLESS listening experience. Honestly, the audio and visuals are so clear and crisp I find myself offering movie dates / nights at my house so I don't have to use a different tv

[Employee of bestbuy] Solid tv. Definitely worth the price. It’s not an OLED but if you’re a casual watcher of television and just need a solid and reliable choice, this tv is a great option. It doesn’t view the best with reflections and bright lighting but it is phenomenal in every other lighting condition, especially in the dark. Its sound quality is top notch. For what I paid for, it has been a great for the past year that I’ve used it.

An outstanding bang for your buck television. Pretty easy to setup. Though someone with less technical know how may find the process a little more tedious as the setup is geared towards using a smartphone to expedite the process. Once the tv is ready to go finding apps is very easy to do. As well as just loading up your cable or satellite if you prefer that. A particular surprise to me was the Game channel. I stumbled upon this thinking it just changed the display settings of the tv like many other tvs have done for over a decade now. I was pleasantly surprised to learn this was in fact a hub for gaming apps including the Xbox app. Allowing me to sync a controller of my choice to the tv and stream games directly to it without even plugging in a console or PC. Even more surprising was how effectively this functioned. Though that may be more on the side of the app than the tv. But it still looked great while playing.

This tv has such a beautiful picture quality, crisp, bright, crystal clear picture & very simple to set up. I love how thin the tv is (only about 1 inch deep) I am extremely satisfied with everything about this tv & absolutely recommend it.
