Also, the Samsung remotes are difficult to use in a dinly lit room (remote can't be lighted and the buttons are not sticking out). The Vizio's picture is too bland, not vibrant and intense. Both sets picture was much better in the store. Yes, I am disappointed.

TV good Remote BAD

It is NOT user friendly at all. If I had known other people are having the same issue with the remote I would NOT have bought it. How can a company get a remote so far off track? I will never purchase a Samsung again. Samsung needs to upgrade the remote and replace everyone who ever purchased their TV's.

So, we needed a replacement. I did not want to spent the $$$ for another Bravia, so I chose this unit. The TV was easy to setup and get working. The color and clarity is on par with our previous TV. The only complaint I have is the picture tends to jump a little. I will not hold this against Samsung, given the fact that we use streaming TV service, and honestly it doesn’t happen often. Watching football is seamless and natural. Only a few streaming movies have had any issue with picture speed.

It comes with Alexa, you need to push the mic button on the remote to activate it, though. You can connect it to your phone so it can keep playing the videos you are looking at you phone. The more you use it, the more intuitive it gets. As soon as it detects you are using your game console, it changes to “gane mode”. Also, it starts giving you personalized suggestions on what to watch depending on your selections.
