We trade for this Samsung TV after having Problems with two Visio TVs. We are happy we did get this as it has a great picture and the best part NO problems. We had the Geek Squad come in and set it up and they were extremely knowledgeable and very personable. Happy Happy Happy we made the change. Will not buy another Visio.

I am very happy with my purchase. Wanted a smart TV in a larger size for our living room. Did a lot of research online as to the best smart TV to buy. Along with that research and the fact that our previous TV was also a Samsung went with this TV. The picture is very clear and the color very vibrant. A little trouble with figuring how to use remote but finally got it. Price was great.

LOVE my new TV. I did a ton of research before purchasing a new TV and Samsung is the way to go! I still haven't figured out all the features and hope I will one day. The only downside is I had difficulty getting it to connect to the WIFI and staying connected. Overall, it's an amazing TV and I wouldn't trade it for any other brand.

I actually wanted a series 8 unit, but in order to get same day I bought the Q60. I am extremely happy with the purchase. I costs a bit more and has a few more features than the series 8 - maybe not enough to justify the difference. I also have a Q70 that allows for more inputs like the series 8. I cannot see a difference in picture quality between the Q70 and the less expensive Q60.

Watching movies and tv shows looks beautiful in this tv. At a certain angle there is a glare due to the placement of the tv and window but that can easily be fixed. It comes with an Alexa voice assistant that can either be used through the click of a button on the remote control or by using your voice. Works really well with Nintendo switch, ps5, and pairing with a soundbar.

Nice tv glad to have it con would be very difficult to learn remote and procedures to operate the tv, one should not need a degree from MIT to operate the tv, it’s far from intuitive. Would recommend provided buyer understands the complexity of operation, and would suggest buyer bring this up with sales person, or review consumer reporting if operation complexity is an issue. We aren’t all nineteen years old, my recommendation to buy to a friend is conditional regarding complexity......

My first Samsung tv purchase. Bought this back in November and so far I am really enjoying it. I like the picture of the tv and how good it looks. Another thing I like is the apps I was able to download to stream my shows. I had originally purchased an Apple TV thinking I needed it to stream Netflix, Hulu etc, but I returned it after finding out I was able to download those streaming apps from the tv which was cool. But other than that I have no complaints
