Only issue I have is the adding of access to other apps - HBO MAX for instance not a standard menu item. Sound is great picture is clear crisp and very detailed.

Awesome picture simple to use remote and ARC

A happy bonus is the simple easy to use remote. I hadn’t heard of ARC before this Tv which allows you to control the volume of your home theater system through the HDMI port using the TV remote. It use to drive my wife crazy have to use three remotes, now the TV remote controls the volume on the home entertainment system and the fire stick all through ARC.

Good TV for the price

Sound quality is good and the smart apps work well. Happy with it for the price.

The sound fills the room. The controls are simple to move through. We are extremely satisfied with the product. The crew that came to install it on the wall was very efficient. Teamwork made the task go easily. Well worth the expense to have it done.

Great crystal clear 4K picture!

Since the 55inch was only a small difference in cost from the 50inch we decided to also upgrade the size for our new bedroom TV! We are a diehard Samsung family and this is by far the nicest and lightest Samsung TV we have had throughout the years.
