picture quality is great but sound sucks. Which the salesman did say that the newer TVs have smaller speakers which sound quality is not as good . we may want to buy a sound bar. We declined to buy one that day so we can hear for ourselves. We'll.....local channels are ok but episodes and movies are good. Waiting for a sale to get a good soundbar.

Good picture, good color. Takes awhile to figure out programming.

Just the right size for our room. The picture is OUTSTANDING; even old shows (non-hd) look amazing. It's spooky at times, but it's great. Also love the apps and other features that come built-in, plus the ability to download other apps. I have nothing negative to say about this television.

The TV has great quality and sound. Set up was very simple and we got netflix and hulu linked up right away. It also has a built in web browser to log into any other service you use that they don't have an app for. It would be nice if they had a criterion channel app, for example.

This TV is amazing! The QLED makes watching the Mandolorian (which is a gritty at times dimly filmed sci-fi western) brighter! Our sales associate Michael (I believe was his name) had us sold after identifying our needs. He made the buying process FUN and engaging!

I have had this TV for over 18 months now and it continues to work well. Good picture. Sound would be too little if I was a movie buff or had my TV in a larger room but for my use it works well and have had no issues at all.

Great Quality and picture especially considering the cost. The one odd part to me is it doesn't allow an auto update for the firmware. I have a Q80t and it updates automatically. On the Q60t that option is greyed out and not available. It's a minor thing and I'm splitting hairs on functionality but its one thing that is missing on the TV.

The picture is great. The tv recognized my cable and Fire Stick and Blu Ray player very quickly. Netflix works great. Prime video works great. The only problems I have had so far are I can't get the voice assistant to change tv channels. I can tell it to open Netflix and it will do that. Also can't change channels on cable with the tv remote. I don't really see that as a problem as the cable remote is easier to work with a full number pad on it. If I could get the voice assistant to do everything it is supposed to do I would give it 4 stars. I don't give anything 5 stars (that's just me). The sales associates at Best Buy were extremely helpful in selecting a tv. Answered all my questions right on the top of their head without having to research.

For those hidef tv enthusiasts, really there is no difference between q6, q7, q8 or q9 in all areas of quality, for the human eye, its all great. Unless you want to pay more for q7, 8 or 9...q6 is great...great price too for your budget...I recommend it...any size...

Purchased this television for use in high lighting area and it is working well. Set-up was quick and easy but I do find the main menu options limited - would like to return to the last used channel when turning the set on rather than the Samsung preferred home channel. Color and picture are good and it has pretty good audio. Worth the money.

The Samsung 55" Class Q60T 4K TV has very good features. Quality of picture is very good, with various options for optimal viewing. One drawback: when not viewing directly in front, the quality of the picture is not very good, loses sharpness and clarity. The TV speakers have to be on at least 30-35 in volume to enjoy the sound.

I was a little skeptical when I purchased this tv rather to get this one or the newest version up. I don’t think it would have the effects I wanted or that it would be as large as I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised with both once I got it home and mounted.

Replaced 50” Samsung plasma. Picture is great and although the screen is larger it takes up the same space. The stand is cheap, two plastic end mounted, replaced it with center post style that sits on my Zvoxx.

Love the color, The sound increases when the music is played.

I wanted to purchase a tv in the store so I could ask questions and pick out the best tv for my situation. After waiting for a hour for help and no one available I left and reluctantly purchased a tv on line. Delivery was great. It was delivered exactly when promised and fortunately seems to be a great tv.

Really enjoying this TV so far! The 4K movies are awesome to watch! The legs are also really easy to install. Be warned that the TV is heavy. If you’re not able to lift 50+lbs MINIMUM then you are going to need help. Samsung is the best brand hands down for TVs.
