i been wanting a new tv since christmas my old one was sony it was 6 years old so after lot of research.i decide on this one .... this tv is awesome took me a little while with the remote....the picture is crystal clear ...

The only reason why I gave this TV a 4/5 is because the TV regularly drops the connection with the Wifi. I have to turn the TV off and back on for it to reconnect. Picture quality is great and the overall functionality of the unit is superior to many other brands I've had in the past.

Since the purchase, we have been enjoying our new Samsung - 55" Q60T Series 4K UHD. The picture is excellent and we are excited for continuous viewing of movies and regular television shows in the beautiful living color.

Good TV, good picture works well. It is a quality 4K tv that provides a clear picture and while not perfect, it substantially reduced the glare from the windows and we now have the ability to see the TV during the day.

The QLED picture is excellent once you get all the settings tuned to the room. The voice activation commands though, need work. They sometimes question your choices when you wish to raise the volume and the manual up/down volume repeats the volume number when raising/lowering the volume.

So previous Samsung uhd was not fixable so used the warranty at Best Buy to upgrade to this one. And I am extremely happy definitely a great tv great color and I have not notice much pixeling or ghosting.

We bought a 55" Samsung Q60 QLED TV from Best Buy in Golden/Lakewood CO. The delivery was on time and set up was quick and thorough. Kudos to Lee. The TV works just as advertised in the store (Derek).

We love this TV. It has great sound and the picture quality is excellent. It’s 55 inches and fits perfectly on the bedroom wall. I will probably replace another TV with this same model when it’s time to change.

I got this TV to replace replace a 50" Samsung TV that started to need 5 to 6 attempts to turn the TV on. The picture was much more vivid and sharp compared to my old TV. I am very satisfied with this TV.

Love the TV! The clarity of the picture is fantastic. The colors are really vivid and sharp. It's a pleasure to know I truly have a smart TV and can enjoy so many more options beyond my cable subscription.

TV works well. Great picture and audio. Comes with Apple Air Play and google assistant built in. Only issue I have had is in setting up the google assistant through wifi (which might be an isp/wifi issue).

My previous tv died and several family members suggested I should try a Samsung brand. I am very much enjoying my Samsung 55 inch Class Q60T series QLED 4K UHD SmartTV. The picture quality is great.

Great tv. Installed on my new stone fireplace in the family room kitchen area and set up with Sonos sound system. Everyone loves it in the family and friends really liked it.

Quality TV for the price. The picture (crisp & brightness) of the TV is the only disappointment. This TV is not as bright or as crisp as a Samsung TV (same size) I purchased 7 years ago which was not 4K UHD. It was only a 1080, but the picture was much much better.

The quality is great! Love this television. However, Why is it so challenging to open the REMOTE! This is utterly ridiculous.... opening the remote should be of least concern, but it ended up being difficult! Any recommendations before needing to change batteries?

I got this TV on a Black Friday deal. Offers a great picture and easy to use smart features. The only downside for me is the tv doesn’t have hdmi 2.1 ports. For the price I paid I would expect to have that on this tv. It’s a Samsung thing. Nothing I can do about that

The TV has a great picture and is just the right size for our room. Unfortunately, it tool over two hours and several calls to Samsung to properly setup the TV. The instuctions were not complete and we had to upload some software from Samsung to get it to operate properly.

This T.V. is easy to assemble, however it is fairly heavy. I would recommend that it be carried by two people when being transported. It has maintained great quality when playing games and watching movies!

The sales clerk was very good and answered my questions very clearly. I had owned an older version of the TV and wanted a run down on the newer model. I am now enjoying the new model with great satisfaction.

The 55” Samsung tv picture quality is excellent regardless of the angle that you are viewing. The sound is amazing. I am very happy with the tv and wall mount. The Best Buy installer did a great and neat job.
