    The picture looks washed out on most shows/movies. Technician told us to wait a few days, but nothing has changed. The only reason not returned is due to the coronavirus. Didn’t want to go in store to select another TV. We originally viewed the 2019 version of the one we purchased, but it was no longer available so we purchased the 2020 without viewing, thinking it had to be better.

    This TV has a decent picture. The issue and cause for the low rating is that the user interface isn't very easy to use. The main problem is it's hard to change inputs. There is no input or source button on the remote so each time you want to change sources you have to use the menu. If you, for example want to switch to TV antenna or TiVo DVR from Netflix you have to go into the menu. This is more complicated and inconvenient that it should be.
