Can't be completely used with Direct TV's.

Only problem is Direct TV doesn't have Remote that works with many Samsung TV's. So we can use our old Direct TV to do everything but control the sound. That means every time we want to change the sound level or mute the TV we have to find the Samsung remote and use it. This would have been nice to know before we purchased a Samsung. It is hard to believe you didn't know this given how many TV's you install and how many of those installations use Direct TV.
