Received excellent service and advise from him. If it wasn’t for John/Jon who sold me that 55” and then the 65” inch TV - would have gone to SAM. He is an asset to your store .

I’ve only had this one for a couple weeks. Steve from Geek Squad was fantastic when he came to install new set and took the time to explain functions.

I bought it open box, but absolutely nothing wrong with it. Works amazing with my PLAYSTATION 5! It does include a HDMI 2.1 port! This is by far one of the most amazing displays out there for the price.

He advised us to take a Ewhich was not on display. He also helped us with ideas for sound improvement to help provided better hearing with hearing aids.

Set up is easy with a good internet connection. The edge lighting doesn’t provide those rich colors. There is a lot of uneven lighting when watching 4K movies. Will take it back and get the 80t.

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the colors and image of your Q60T TV and are considering a different model.
You may want to try different Picture Modes to suit your liking. Standard Picture Mode is the default mode. Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Natural Picture Mode reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience. Movie Mode is suitable for a dark room.
You can further adjust your sharpness, brightness, contrast, color, and more by going to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings

I love the free live tv channels that are included along with the apps. redolution and quality are great. I can use Samsung Smartthings to connect all my Samsung electronics.

Wide color range, great brightness, low latency for video games. Obviously if you have the money get the Q80 but if not this is a great TV.

I dont like the fact I have to use the TV remote for volume instead of my direct TV remote. Also the volume on the TV remote is so sensitive we turn it on mute without wanting to do it.

Even with all of the constantly updating technology this TV is still up. The sound is okay but I would recommend purchasing a soundbar with it.

I like the remote size it’s easy manipulate.
