    Love the product, replaced an LG that had for a few years. Went back to a Samsung product , my last one lasted for many years without issues unlike the LG product. Hoping the Samsung last as well as the last one I had

    While I have only had the TV for one month, so far I am very pleased with the new TV. It was very easy to set-up and the functionality is excellent. In general, I have been very happy with my Samsung TV purchases.

    Good TV. Colors are beautiful! Taking off a few stars because the app run SUPER SLOW! I have an Apple TV box that runs apps lightning fast. These apps take a while to load up

    This was my first smart TV. I wanted something under 1K but I wanted all the bells and whistles a smart TV could provide. This TV met all my expectations and I would recommend this TV to my friends and family.

    Everything from walking in the door of the store to the completion of the install was fabulous!! My geeks were knowledgeable and really great guys!! Thanks so much!! Oh....and the TV is fantastic!!

    Took awhile to get help because of low staff. But when the guy helped me, he was terrific. He knew every question. Helped give me multiple options and pros and cons of items. great guy

    Bought this TV for my brother as a housewarming gift. Found it as an open box item at the Best Buy near him, and was too good of a deal to pass up. He loves it, so I'm a happy camper.

    Purchased for gaming and media but it became a favorite music player in our household. The Ambience mode is a nice touch and is used when doing daily chores or just relaxing while reading a book.

    The picture resolution is excellent however the audio cuts out in Broadcast TV mode. I tried different HDTV antennas in every position but the digital TV tuner seems to have a glitch. My previous LED TV did not have this issue.

    This is a great tv. I’d recommend this to anyone, but for me it was a little small. I’d recommend getting the 58” instead. Outside of that, it’s a great tv.

    $20 MPOW Bluetooth Earphones are garbage

    SAMSUNG QN55Q60TAFXZA 699.99 I bought this. Nice TV. Not so nice $20.00 MPOW Bluetooth headphones. The charger cord is too short and where you plug in the cord to the headphones is so small it takes forever to get the plug in the hole. The indicator light is so tiny you can barely see it flash on the side of the earphones. And those are the easy problems. The real problem is everytime you pause the TV or charge the earphones you have to go into setup and redo it for the earphones. Who has time for that? Sometimes the prompt in the upper right hand of the screen comes on asking if you want to connect to the earphones. Not all the time.

    Overall a decent TV but expected more since it was QLED. Still not as crisp as I would have liked. Played with the settings for days and it just varies too much depending on what you are watching (Sports, shows, movies, etc).

    I was afraid 65 inch TV was a bit too big after being used to a 55 inch one but it's not all that much larger and am glad to have a TV again after being without one for 3 weeks .

    The quality isn't the issue. It's the Tizen platform; it's the need to repeatedly login to AppleTV, the lack of apps developed, the unintuitive operation of it all-it is infuriating. Samsung's "GoogleNow enabled" voice remote is GARBAGE. It will only search the app in use for content, not searchable across all subscriptions/services I'm logged into! The browser is something of a joke; it reminds me of those sad kodi streaming boxes. The only Google Home integration is limited to turning it on and off (WHAT?!). Typing in queries is a pain without a Qwerty keyboard or voice input option. Speakers could be better.

    I love this television. It has all the features I need like Bluetooth which I use for my sound bar and I was able to get rid of my cable box and stream through the Spectrum app which is only available on certain televisions.

    Its a decent TV, I thought it was going to be a little better, but it could be me. I was hoping for a better visual experience. It is an upgrade from my last TV as far as technology. I no longer need my firestick.

    The tv works well but the remote control with new batteries stopped working less than a week after we bought this item.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q60T TV. I am very sorry that you are experiencing issues with your remote. There are a number of reasons why your remote may not be working. The most common are physical damage, battery issues, or pairing issues. You may want to try the following troubleshooting steps.

      1) Reset the remote by removing the batteries & pressing Power for 8 seconds. Then reinsert the batteries.

      2) Try to re-pair it with the TV. Press and hold Return and the button that is diagonally up and to the right of Return. (This is usually the button with 4 colored dots, but can vary depending on the remote). This will reset the smart remote.

      Stand within 1 foot of the TV and press and hold Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for at least 5 seconds or until a message appears on your TV indicating that the remote is now connected.

      If the remote still will not work, contact our Support Center to request service.
