My one gripe is I’d wish there were 4 HDMI ports as opposed to 3 ports other than that a great television you’ll enjoy for a long time

BUT if you are someone who’s looking for a basic fonction (Netflix,Hulu) this is good product. but if you’re someone who’s like to customize, download new apps, watching video/ movies from an external Hard drive....this tv is not for you. Having 4K pictures and having as message “this format of video is not supported. It’s disappointing.

Thank you for sharing your review of the Q60T TV. I am very sorry you are having issues playing some of your files from an external hard drive. Please refer to pages 122-139 of the e-Manual for a list of all supported formats.

All I can say is if you are not pleased with your sales associate ask for someone else. That what I should have done. The store had great deals.
