      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q60T TV. I am very sorry you are experiencing sound syncing issues. It could possibly a source issue. You can also try making changes to digital audio output in Expert Settings: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay

      Please know that 2020 Samsung TVs have a feature called Audio Pass-Through. You can use this feature to correct your audio-sync issue.

      On your TV go to: Settings > Audio > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through

    1) I miss the extensive image controls and flexibility found in all my previous Samsung TV's 2) the visual interface for selecting streaming sources seems cluttered 3) why dump the simple PIP feature 4) manual doc could contain a more information 5) simplify navigation 6) Previous viewing source shouldn't default to Samsung Plus source /user controlled
