Require Wall Mounting Adapters-hard to find
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upon unpacking the TV and reviewing the manual, I discovered that the required Wall Mount Adapters are not included. Spent hours researching and chatting with both Bestbuy tech support and Samsung Support. Neither could help me. Samsung said they are required and to call their parts company and give them my model number. ((J&J Parts), they can be reached at 1-800-627-4368 (Mon - Fri from 9:00 A.M to 8:30 P.M EST). Was left on hold for more than 40 minutes and finally gave up After searching again my best resource turned out to be Ebay. I found a Samsung part number and ordered them through samsungparts.com. (Hopefully they are the correct parts) The model number for this TV was not listed specifically. The part number I ordered was BN61-13518A. Have not received them yet, but hope they work.

waste my money

When I try to use the remote it shuts off then powers back on automatically. I'm not even able to make it past the home screen, I feel frustrated I wasted my money for nothing.....

First issue I had was the ambient mode feature would disrupt my t.v. watching. It would stop the picture and contusly bring me to a menu that would go no where. I had to call i.t. at samsung. They instructed me to reset the t.v. and that resolved the issue. I had just been using regular digital antenna to watch some local t.v. for the last two weeks I've had it. I tried connecting a Nintendo switch and a steaming bluray player. T.v. completely rejects these units. This t.v. is terrible!!!! Run away with your money and buy a Sony.

Sound but no visual

It was so odd because the visual wouldn't turn back on, and you could hear what was on. To maka it worse, when it did work, it was really bad picture quality...everyone looked sunburned...I mean everyone!! Customer Service was helpful and I'm returning it.

HDR Picture unwatchable

Also the picture has a yellow tint that i can not seem to adjust out. I will be returning and buying the sony x900h. first samsung tv i have returned what seems like 30 years.
